From giant Oreo cookies to fully functioning calculators, over the years fans have seen some pretty remarkable builds from the Minecraft community. Now, one gamer has flexed their creativity by constructing an enormous structure that crosses Minecraft over with the popular game Pac-Man.

For the uninitiated, while Minecraft features bare-bones sandbox modes where the primary goal is to survive, those feeling more imaginative can use the game's creative mode. This section of the game lets players build whatever their minds can conjure, absent the looming threat of enemy mobs or lack of materials. All-in-all, this ease and open-ended has resulted in the conception of some truly impressive Minecraft builds.

Speaking of which, one user known as NorwigianDonuts4800 has recently revealed their brand new build based on the iconic maze from Pac-Man. This loving tribute to the 1980 classic arcade title was met with nearly 1000 upvotes on Reddit, as many supported NorwigianDonuts4800 in their efforts and seemed to appreciate seeing such a legendary icon of gaming being accurately transported into Minecraft.

The image shared in the Reddit post shows the Minecraft player holding an in-game map that allows for a complete overview of the towering maze. Amazingly, even though the structure is so large it takes up the entire view of the map, minor details can still be found everywhere in the maze. Including Pac-Man's famous ensuing multi-colored ghosts and power-ups, besides the build itself being a faithful interpretation of the maze featured in the original Pac-Man arcade cabinet.

Astonishingly, this is not the first time Pac-Man has made an appearance in the best selling sandbox game, as a somewhat recent Minecraft DLC officially brought the classic yellow character to life in a mode simply called "Minecraft Pac-Man." Commissioned for Pac-Man's 40th anniversary, Minecraft players can unlock the content for 1340 mine coins and dart throughout a similar maze and collect power-ups, such as a stick of TNT the player can drop to take out one or two ghosts.

In summary, it's clear that both Minecraft and Pac-Man's glorious blocky aesthetics go together like peanut butter and jelly. After all, this innovative Minecraft player's passion and effort into carefully replicating the glowing Tron-esque walls that box in the hungry hero, with the classic birdseye view being meticulously on the button to the original, has to be one of the most impressive Minecraft builds of recent memory.

Minecraft is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
