One of the main gameplay features that consistently draws both new and old players back to Minecraft is the ability to build almost any structure that comes to mind. After all, ever since the game made its debut back in 2011, the community has taken advantage of the creative freedom within to showcase a wide variety of creations, with players building everything from large functioning train stations to sprawling mansions and even functioning red stone graphic calculators in Minecraft. Now, one inventive player has taken to Reddit to share images of their swanky frog terrarium.

For the uninitiated, while Minecraft does feature gameplay modes where the main aim is to survive or making it to "The End" dimension to slay the Ender Dragon, the game also has the peaceful "Creative Mode." Serving as a platform for players who wish to express themselves creatively, it is here where the game removes enemy mobs and grants players full access to an unlimited supply of building materials, as well as the ability to hover. Thanks to this creative freedom, the community has built all sorts of interesting and grand creations in Minecraft.

Reddit user DownFall_88's project is a wonderful example of this. Recently, they took to the Minecraft subreddit to share several images of their elegant in-game glass terrarium, built within their home, that accommodates several adorable frogs. Quickly amassing nearly 1000 upvotes, it's safe to say that DownFall_88's delightful habitat enclosure has captured the hearts of many members of the ever-sprawling Minecraft community, who have in return offered their glowing support regarding the creator's resourcefulness.

Easily one of the more visually satisfying Minecraft designs, this simple yet stylish terrarium proves to be a neat addition to DownFall_88's timber home. Better yet, it also provides the cute frogs with a charming, well-lit enclosure that offers them everything they need for survival, including water, plants, and lily pads. Inspecting closer in some images finds that DownFall_88 further incorporated strips of red stone lamps above the terrarium that can be switched on and off to conform to the conditions of the frogs.

With this delightful Minecraft creation amassing rave support from the community, hopefully DownFall_88's terrarium will inspire more players to construct structures that not only look trendy but also serve as a dwelling for some of the more vulnerable creatures in the game. After all, it would be interesting to see what designs players could come up with for mobs such as the panda, hoglin, or the rabbit.

Minecraft is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
