There are plenty of video games out there that take place in dystopias in one form or another, and the video game Mind Scanners is one of them. Mind Scanners is a retro-futuristic psychiatry simulation game, where players take on the eponymous role to interview, diagnose, and treat the citizens of the sci-fi metropolis called The Structure.

Mind Scanners was developed by the game studio The Outer Zone and published by Brave At Night, and the game was released this past May. The game's arcade-style lets players scan minds, see their perspectives, and use various sci-fi devices to help analyze and treat them. Mind Scanners was originally released for the PC and is available on Steam for players to purchase and play, where the game has a "Very Positive" rating from reviews. A new announcement reveals that the game will soon be heading over to Xbox.

A recent tweet from the publisher Brave At Night's official Twitter account revealed that Mind Scanners will be available on Xbox Game Pass and the Nintendo Switch next Tuesday, November 30th. Players can currently purchase the game on Steam and the GOG for PC.

Mind Scanners is one of several video games that will be available to Xbox players next week on Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
