When asked by Sean Evans at what point in her addiction she needed to quit World of Warcraft, Mila Kunis stated that it was when her agent would log on to the game in order to message her. Evans then compared recovering from the chicken wing spice to battles in World of Warcraft, stating that there are diminishing returns. He then asked Mila Kunis what a Frost Mage is, to which she responded by saying World of Warcraft Mages can throw ice and fire, but Frost Mages specialize in ice.

According to Mila Kunis, she played as a mix of fire and ice mage and her character had pink pigtails, suggesting that she primarily played as a Gnome Mage. While she was explaining Mages to Evans, Kunis shot digital missiles across the table as she reenacted how a Mage would cast spells. Kunis also stated that her World of Warcraft name was Captain Janeway, inspired by the captain in Star Trek: Voyager, but she didn't confirm whether or not she had a Mage transmog set to represent the captain.

During Hot Ones interviews, celebrities like Mila Kunis have to ingest progressively spicier chicken wings as they attempt to tell their stories. Kunis barely reacted to the initial hot sauce, but by the end of the challenge, she had snot coming out of her nose, was struggling to speak several times, and had watery eyes.

Mila Kunis gave Family Guy fans a lot of credit for revitalizing the TV show after Sean Evans asked how it was brought back from being canceled for two years. She stated that the stake fans put into the show made them feel like they were part of the team working on it. As a result of Family Guy's resurgence, Mila Kunis reflected on coming from humble beginnings to the show having multiple offices dedicated to its production.

Beyond simply being a gamer, Mila Kunis has provided her voice for several videogame characters. Kunis has a role in the original Saints Row and various Family Guy games. Kunis has also played Mona Sax in the cinematic interpretation of Max Payne.

World of Warcraft is available right now for Mac and PC.
