Black Widow's death in Avengers: Endgame was a little sudden. Going into the movie, fans felt that it could be the swan song for Iron Man and Captain America. After all, the two male heroes had already had a trilogy of solo movies.

While the MCU is filled with strong villains, none are more mighty than Thanos when he possessed several Infinity Stones. When the Titan arrived in Wakanda to grab the last one, he had to go through a bunch of heroes. Captain America tried using his shield, Bruce Banner utilized the Hulkbuster armor, and War Machine attacked the villain with multiple ballistic weapons. None of them managed to hurt Thanos, but at least their efforts made sense.
Black Widow, on the other hand, had the crazy idea of charging the monster with a taser in hand. She didn't make it to him, yet even if she did, the Titan wouldn't have even felt the tiny electric shock. The maker of this meme has poked fun at Romanoff's attempt.
6 Not Dressed For Battle
Even though she admirably holds her own during many movies, it's clear that Black Widow isn't as strong as most of her teammates. In comparison to the likes of Captain Marvel and Scarlett Witch, Romanoff's lack of power is understandable as she doesn't have superpowers. Although, the spy could be on a similar level to Iron Man, Falcon, and War Machine if she just had the right equipment.
Widow usually turns up to fights in a skin-tight bodysuit, which is probably handy for infiltration, but it's not really battle attire, as this meme points out. She probably should've asked Tony Stark to make her an armored suit of some kind, yet Romanoff likely loathes asking the billionaire for help.

Before the scene on Vormir, many fans probably had forgotten that someone needed to die to retrieve the Soul Stone. Most of the heroes didn't even know about the need for a sacrifice.
Nebula, however, was aware of the difficult situation and never mentioned it. Why did she decide to keep a very vital piece of information quiet? Perhaps she felt it would lead to arguments within the group about who should go. 4 Forgetting About Sam
During Civil War, Captain America had to take a break from discussing the Sokovia Accords as the love of his life, Peggy, died. Rodgers attended her funeral alongside Sam. Afterward, Romanoff arrived and talked to Steve about the Accords again. Captain America stayed firm in rejecting them, which didn't surprise Widow. In fact, she wasn't there to convince him; she came because she didn't want him to be alone.
