On November 17th, 2007, the very first Mass Effect hit stores everywhere. The quietly successful game was beloved, even if it was seen as something of a cult classic. Almost fourteen years later, after morphing into arguably the best video game trilogy of all time, the game, along with its sequels, would get a remaster that would resurrect fan excitement all over again.
The Mass Effect Legendary Edition is a can't miss remake that combines all three of the entries in one of video gaming's best franchises into a single game. Veterans are loving it, but, more importantly, a new generation of gamers is being introduced into the world of Wrex, Garrus, Tali'Zorah, Legion, and Commander Shepard.
Updated on May 29th, 2021 by Hodey Johns: With the talented team adding so many guides every day it, it just made sense t break down the guides into Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3. The class guides have been merged with general information because they all changes between the three games in the trilogy. Lastly, the pictures and banners have been updated as more beautiful screenshots have been discovered.
Mass Effect 1 Guides & Choices
As the first entry into the series, Mass Effect 1 was a cult classic that morphed into a regular classic. Gamers who started on Mass Effect 2 are just now finding out why the game inspired one of the greatest video game trilogies of all time. However, the gameplay, map layout, and leveling-up systems were all significantly different. They are fun, true, but it can take a little help to truly master.

Mass Effect 2 Guides & Choices
Mass Effect 2 was a mind-blowing experience and the game still tops many "best game of all time" lists even to this day. The Mass Effect Legendary Edition only heightens this already exquisite experience with a fresh coat of paint. Still, the game itself is complex and, without a lot of care, the casual gamer is likely to witness the death of their friends and possibly even fail and ruin an entire playthrough.

Mass Effect 3 Guides & Choices
Every great story deserves a great ending and Mass Effect is no exception to this rule. It's doubtful that any ending could have lived up to the expectations set by the franchise, but the decisions in Mass Effect 3 are still some of the most contentious topics across the video game universe even today. And don't gloss over the fact that the Insanity difficulty gets even harder, adding complexity to both victory and the choices made along the way.

General Info
Making a class or a build in any game always comes with a little bit of pressure. One wrong choice can throw off the balance for an entire game and lead to impossible encounters. Doing the same thing in Mass Effect can be even riskier because a bad build can ruin three games and not just one. The right combination of skills and weapons can make all the difference in the world.
