The Harbinger represents the Reapers in the later installments of the series, leaving destruction and despair in its path. Its ability to assess control, effectively possessing the Collectors when needed, allowing it to communicate with the world and Shepard much more than before, making the confrontations that much more impactful and personal.

The Sovereign is the very first Reaper that the players encounter, setting the stage for the cold and terrifying enemy lying beneath the veil. It simply states a fact, that all is futile, and the cycle has been going on for eons.

Being the first, the “messenger”, the Sovereign gave a glimpse into the future, shedding light on the terrible history and power that the Reapers wield. This massive, incredibly advanced sentient mechanical ship has done an amazing job of setting the stage for the events that would unfold, to decide the fate of the universe itself.

When the fate of the world is in the hands of one person, they may rise to the occasion and become the very heroes that everyone hopes for them to be. But other times, they have the power to be the worst thing that ever happened to a galaxy.

Evil Shep can wreak havoc better than most of the villains on the list, having incredible power and loyal subjects on their side. Depending on the player's choices, Shepard can destroy innocents, bystanders, and entire planets alike. There are many difficult choices that stand in the way, but if one commits to an evil playthrough, the chaos and destruction that could be caused are unparalleled.

2 The Illusive Man

The Illusive Man, also known as Jack Harper, is a mesmerizing figure from the second game. His silver tongue and steely demeanor command respect and fear in equal measure. He is a man of secrets, operating from the shadows and using his vast resources and network to exert influence across the galaxy.

He was once a hero, fighting to protect the galaxy from threats such as the Geth - synthetic beings that he now serves as a pawn of the Reapers.

His descent into darkness is a tragic one, a cautionary tale of the dangers of power and corruption. In the end, Saren is a tragic figure, consumed by his own desire for power and the Reapers' influence. His downfall serves as a warning to those who would seek to wield power at any cost, reminding players that even the greatest heroes can fall to darkness if they lose sight of their principles.
