BioWare releases three new Mass Effect: Andromeda character kits providing high resolution screenshots for a few of the companion characters like PeeBee and Cora Harper.

It's been a long road for Mass Effect Andromeda, though the latest entry in the popular series is quickly and finally approaching its release date next month. Even still, there's a lot of details that are not yet known about the upcoming RPG including the multiplayer component and many of possible companion characters players can come across. While fans continue to wait, BioWare has given content creators another valuable tool, letting them get a highly detailed look at a few members of the Tempest crew.

In a new blog post, BioWare has created and released three new Mass Effect Andromeda character kits for fans and creators to use. As mentioned in the blog post, the studio is always impressed and surprised with what its community manages to create, so the idea behind these character kits is to provide additional resources so fans can continue to tap into that creativity.

The kits feature high resolution and detailed screenshots of the three previously announced companion characters for the Ryder twins, so fans can capture and utilize every detail from each character to use as they see fit. The included character kits are for Pelessaria "PeeBee" B’Sayle, Lieutenant Cora Harper, and the security expert, Liam Kosta.

Selecting a link opens a PDF with various angles of each character including close up shots of their heads, legs, weapons, and various other parts of the outfit as well. Needless to say, cosplayers should have a field day with this information. BioWare has confirmed that more kits will be made available as the game nears its launch date as well as once the studio reveals more of the colorful cast of characters.

With about a month and half left until release, fans continue to eagerly await any sort of information regarding the multiplayer experience, something the studio has only lightly discussed in previous interviews and features. While details are still fairly light, BioWare has previously confirmed that the multiplayer will resemble the co-op gameplay found within Mass Effect 3. Unlike that game however, it won't have any impact on which ending players receive, though it will tie back in to the larger narrative. Thankfully, BioWare also confirmed that the story content can be found in the single player campaign as well for people who don't wish to venture online.

The wait has no doubt only gotten more excruciating for fans after a recent pre-order trailer quickly teased actual multiplayer gameplay. Thankfully, with a multiplayer beta still planned prior to launch, fans may not have to wait too much longer for information on how the multiplayer mode actually works.
