In what could still be more than a year before Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 launches, it is fantastic for ingenious fans to have their hands on a PC port of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered. This way, they can enjoy mods for suit skins they wish to officially see in the franchise’s future, and have another excuse to return to Insomniac’s first Spider-Man outing. One of the most recent mods added to Marvel’s Spider-Man shares fans' adoration for another influential Spider-Man game: Treyarch and Activision’s Ultimate Spider-Man.
YouTuber Johnny Blaze Gaming has recently shared a lengthy free-roam gameplay video that highlights an Ultimate Spider-Man mod in Marvel’s Spider-Man. This mod is instantly distinguishable with the iconic character model’s muted color tones and cel-shaded contrasts, as well as the larger back insignia and massive mask lenses. Intentionally designed to look like he was pulled from the panels of the comic book of the same name, this Spider-Man is one fans may be well aware of in terms of how paramount Ultimate Spider-Man was when it released back in 2005.

Once Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 releases, it will not be surprising if this mod is reprised alongside a reskin mod for Ultimate Spider-Man’s Venom. The icing on the cake for this mod footage is its added music from Ultimate Spider-Man, which was also definitive of the game and fully immerses fans in its atmosphere.
