Marvel’s Spider-Man is known for having a detailed photo mode, and fans have used it to make a number of awesome creations over the years. The latest image is actually a combination of numerous Marvel’s Spider-Man screenshots, with the final photo being an homage to Spider-Man: No Way Home.

This is hardly the first time that the Marvel’s Spider-Man fan base has paid homage to the movies based on the wall-crawler. Last year, a fan managed to come up with a fan poster for the Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse sequel Across The Spider-Verse using images of the 2099 suit and Miles Morales’ costume from the first movie. Another recreated the Spider-Man 2 movie poster, while yet another shared recreations of posters from the MCU trilogy. Now, fans are paying homage to specific scenes. NOTE: Spoilers for Spider-Man No Way Home will be seen below.

The third act of Spider-Man: No Way Home sees the dreams of fans realized and the leaks about the film proven true, as players get to see the Raimi and Amazing versions of Spidey teaming up with the one from the MCU. After some unforgettable interactions between the three heroes, the group comes together to battle against the various universe’s villains. After a hilarious pep talk, the group fights side-by-side, with the three Peters swinging together on the Statue of Liberty. While Redditor Expensive-Ad-6092 cannot use the Statue for their photo, they still show the three heroes swinging side-by-side at nighttime.

The photo looks genuinely incredible, with the Marvel’s Spider-Man player editing the images to add some artificial lighting from the moon. This was a smart idea on the part of the Redditor, as it makes the image look much more realistic. A skyscraper can be seen in the background, with some movement lines added on the border of the image to capture the feel of the heroes swinging through the sky.

The suits are as accurate to the movie as they can possibly be. On the left, the Sam Raimi suit worn by Tobey Maguire is clearly visible, while the newly added Integrated suit can be seen in the center. On the right, Andrew Garfield's original Amazing suit is seen, as this compromise is the best Expensive-Ad-6092 can do with The Amazing Spider-Man 2’s costume not included in the game. Even without The Amazing Spider-Man 2 suit, the fan’s image looks terrific. As such, it deserves the 3100 upvotes and positive comments it has received thus far.

With Spider-Man: No Way Home including some cool nods to Marvel’s Spider-Man, it is nice to see gamers continuing to make connections between the two Spider-Man adaptations. With more Spidey films and a new game in the works, the future looks bright for the webslinger and his many fans.

Marvel’s Spider-Man is available now on PS4 and PS5.
