The latest Marvel Snap update has added Titles as a reward to Collector's Reserve caches, made visual improvements to Foil and Prism card backgrounds, and dozens of other improvements and fixes. While Marvel Snap officially launched on October 18, in many ways the game is still being expanded and built on as if it were in active development. The November 3 Marvel Snap update is a great example of that, as developer Second Dinner continues to iterate on its successful collectible card game.Marvel Snap's most significant reward at this time is its Collector's Reserve caches. These caches are only available once players reach level 1,000, when players are well into Pool 3 of Marvel Snap's card drops. In each Collector's Reserve, players have a 25% chance of a new card, as well as lesser chances of earning card variants, avatars, Gold, Credits, and Boosters. It seems Second Dinner has plans to fit even more rewards into the cache, though.RELATED: Marvel Snap Halloween Event Rewards Candy and CreditsThe biggest addition of the update is the release of Titles in Marvel Snap. Titles are text names or phrases that will be displayed on the matchmaking screen ahead of a game. Titles include "90s Was the Best Decade," "Absolute Garbage," "The Conquerer," "I Am On the Toilet," "Survived Thanos," and, "This Matchmaking Sucks." To say that Second Dinner is having fun with the titles would be an understatement.

Other major changes include improvements to both Foil and Prism card backgrounds. Foil background cards are unlocked after upgrading a card to Infinite, with Prism potentially unlocking after later upgrades. The holographic designs should be much more richly detailed now. Speaking of upgrades, the Card Upgrade animation should be much faster now, and can even be skipped. Another card animation change is Magik, who has improved visuals to match a recent change to her ability.

There are dozens of other optimizations and technical fixes in the update. PC players can resize their screen and stay at 60fps, Avatar selection now features character logos, unique sounds have been added to over half a dozen locations, and many other significant improvements have been made.

Second Dinner is likely getting out this patch now to ensure the game's stability ahead of its upcoming season change. The Symbiote Invasion ends in two days and a new season, including a new season pass and more cards to unlock, will begin. Expect Battle Mode with friends, further PC client improvements, new card variants, and more locations before long, too. Marvel Snap is just getting started.

Marvel Snap is available now on PC and mobile devices.
