Table of contents

Within Marvel Snap, there are plenty of different cards that players will have to put together into a 12-card deck. Most of all of these cards have abilities. All are different, but some of them work much better together than some others. Because of this, it's a great idea to form decks that focus on a role within the game in order to win. For example, destruction cards can be made into a destruction deck.

Some of the best decks out there are decks that utilize movement-based cards. These cards rely on either movement or being moved to gain power, strategize locations, or provide power to other cards. Some movement cards are simply better than others.

9 Iron-Fist

Iron-Fist is one of Marvel Snap's best 1-costing cards, and that's because he has a great ability, while withholding 2-power himself. Iron-Fist's ability is an On Reveal ability that sends the next card that the player lays out on location to the left.

This makes Iron-Fist a great card when looking to quickly work with movement cards, and will highly benefit cards that obtain power by moving. This card is also a great way to send cards to other cards that receive power by a card moving there, like Kraven.

8 Miles Morales

Miles Morales was first seen in the game's first official season pass, Symbiote Invasion. Players could only obtain him from purchasing the season pass, but Miles will also be available in pool 3.

Miles' Spider-Man's ability states that if a card moved the last turn, his cost goes from 4 to 1. He also has a power of 5. Miles is a great card that easily feeds off of movement cards, so any player utilizing a movement-based deck will have an easy 5-power to lay out on any location early on in the game.

7 Kraven

Kraven is one of Marvel Snap's best cards in the game, for movement decks at least. Kraven's ability allows him to gain 2-power when a card moves to his location, whether it be friendly or opposing.

In movement decks, Kraven can easily become unstoppable, as cards continuously move around, feeding Kraven even more power. This card is also one of the best cards to play in the middle-location, so that other movement cards can easily get to him, and benefit off of moving opposing cards.

6 Doctor Strange

One of the most powerful Avengers is the sarcastically magical Doctor Stephen Strange. Dr. Strange has a neat movement ability that utilizes his power to create portals. When Dr. Strange is played onto a location, his On Reveal ability activates and portals the highest-power card(s) to his location.

This makes Dr. Strange a great card when it comes to sneaking over a card to conquer a location an opponent wouldn't expect. It's also a great way to feed a movement card even more power, like Human Torch.

5 Captain Marvel

This card offers an incredible play for a player who may need the extra power at a location she isn't played at after turn 6 in order to win. Captain Marvel can also boost any other movement cards that receive power from a card moving there, like Kraven the Hunter.

4 Dagger

Dagger's movement-reliant ability in Marvel Snap can quickly overpower an enemy at a location. Her ability states that when she moves to a different location, she gains 2-power for each enemy card that is at that location.

This ability allows her to stack power every time she moves to a different location, making her one of the best combo cards when it comes to cards that move other cards. She can gain immense power when used with Iron-Fist, Dr. Strange, or even Heimdall.

3 Heimdall

Heimdall is basically the only 6-cost card that relies on movement. His On Reveal ability sends all other friendly cards one location to the left from where they are. Heimdall still resides at the location where he was played at. Beginners can utilize Heimdall early in the game.

This card is incredibly beneficial when played with other cards that gain power from movement since he moves every single card. This strategy to move all friendly cards to the left can also quickly throw the opponent off as they may have gone for the right location, but the player sneakily captures victory by taking the middle and left locations.

2 Human Torch

Human Torch is one of the best cards in Marvel Snap that relies on being moved in order to gain power. Human Torch has an initial power of 2, and his power is doubled every time he is moved. As a 1-costing card, Human Torch can be very beneficial to a player's movement-based deck.

When partnered with other cards that move cards around, Human Torch can quickly achieve power that will put a 6-cost card to shame, making this 1-cost card one of the best in the entire game.

1 Vulture

The Marvel villain, Vulture, is yet another card that gains power by being moved, but on a much larger scale. Vulture costs 3 energy, and has a symmetrical 3-power. When Vulture moves though, he gains 5-power. This makes Vulture a great movement card in any decks that have cards that move other cards.

For example, Heimdall, Cloak, Iron-Fist, and Dr. Strange are all cards that can combo well with the Vulture. Because of his ability, he can quickly gain power that goes beyond 15-power, which is ridiculously high for a 3-cost card.
