In the virtual card game Marvel Snap, players will obtain colorful cards with different heroes and abilities throughout their journey in collecting new cards in the game. There are three different pools in the game's collection level system, with each pool giving the player cards that differ from the last.
In pool 3 of Marvel Snap, players can obtain the wonderful Deadpool card. This card has a satirical mechanic, as its ability states that for every time the card is destroyed, its power is doubled and sent back to the player's hand. This makes Deadpool one of the best 1-cost cards as it starts off with 1-power.
10 Killmonger
Killmonger is a great card for players to utilize within destruction decks in Marvel Snap. Killmonger is a 3-cost card with an equal 3-power and has the On Reveal ability that destroys all 1-cost cards, even friendly cards. In Deadpool's case, Killmonger can take out all 1-cost cards, which means Deadpool as well.
Deadpool can have his power instantly doubled and brought back into the player's hand, giving them another chance to play Deadpool somewhere more favorable. Killmonger can also take out enemy cards.
9 Death
Death is a great card that players can also obtain in pool 3 of Marvel Snap. Death's card will cost players 9-energy but has 12-power like the Hulk. At first, that seems impossible, but Death's ability states that for each card the player destroyed, Death's cost will go down by 1.
Since Deadpool is reliant on being destroyed and Death is reliant on other cards being destroyed, these two cards go together in a beautiful combination. Their compatibility is even canonical in line with the comics!
8 Carnage
Carnage is one of the best destruction cards for players to use in similar decks, as the card lives up to the symbiote's reputation for carnage. Carnage is a 2-cost card with 2-power and has the On Reveal ability to destroy all other friendly cards at its location and gain 2-power for each card destroyed.
In a simple strategy, players can play Carnage next to Deadpool so as to destroy the Deadpool card. This will give Carnage 2-power, double Deadpool's power, and then send Deadpool back into the player's hand.
7 Venom
Venom is a lot like its red symbiote counterpart but arguably has a better ability. Venom is a pool 3 card in Marvel Snap, and will cost players 3-energy while providing 1-power. Venom's On Reveal ability states that it will destroy all other friendly cards at its location, but instead of 2-power, Venom takes the destroyed cards' powers and adds it to his own.
With Deadpool, players have a chance to give Venom a lot of power and double Deadpool's power at the same time. Deadpool can then be played elsewhere to acquire two locations.
6 Deathlok
Deathlok is one of the earliest destruction cards that players will obtain in Marvel Snap, as beginners can unlock the card in pool 1 of the card game. Deathlok is a 3-cost card with 5-power and has the On Reveal ability that destroys all friendly cards in his location.
Obviously, for a lot of decks, this card wouldn't be too helpful, but with destruction decks that use Deadpool, a player can quickly win. Deathlok can destroy Deadpool, which will help double his power and give the player another opportunity to play the mercenary at another location.
5 Arnim Zola
Arnim Zola is debatably the best 6-cost card for players to utilize within destruction decks, as it has a destructive ability. Arnim Zola is a 6-cost card with 0-power that players can collect in pool 3.
This card also has the On Reveal ability that destroys one random friendly card at its location, and then clones that card at the other two locations. Assuming a player has powered-up Deadpool a great amount, players can once again destroy Deadpool and then copy the card to two other locations in order to gain victory.
4 Angel
Angel is a pool 1 card in Marvel Snap, meaning players can expect to obtain this card fairly early on. Angel is also a 1-cost card with only 2-power, but players can essentially use this card for free by chance. If Angel is still residing within a player's deck during a game after a friendly card gets destroyed, then Angel will fly out and replace that card.
With Deadpool in play, players can destroy Deadpool with another card and obtain the benefits from doing so, and then Angel will replace Deadpool in that location to give it a free 2-power.
3 Negasonic Teenage Warhead
This X-Men is a great niche card for players to use in a deck to win a game of Marvel Snap. Negasonic Teenage Warhead will cost players 3-energy, and then provide 2-power to a location. It isn't those aspects players should focus on though, but rather the card's ability.
This card's ability states that if any card is played at its location, that card is destroyed along with Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Players can play Deadpool in a combo with Negasonic Teenage Warhead to gain more power for Wade Wilson.
2 Nova
Nova is one of the best 1-cost cards that players can obtain in pool 1 of Marvel Snap. Nova is a 1-cost card with only 2-power, but players should focus on destroying the card rather than preserving it. That is because Nova has the ability that states that when Nova is destroyed, all other friendly cards get 1-power.
Assuming players are utilizing destruction cards with Deadpool, players can play the two onto a location together and then destroy them both to gather both benefits that the cards provide. It's a simple strategy, but quite unbreakable.
1 Bucky Barnes
Finally, the Winter Soldier shows up in Marvel Snap's pool 2 in the game's collection level system. Bucky Barnes doesn't seem like much at first, as his card will only cost players 2-energy and provide a measly 1-power. If this card is destroyed, however, then Bucky Barnes turns into the Winter Soldier, providing 6-power.
Just like Nova, players can strategize to play Bucky Barnes and Deadpool in the same location, and then sneakily throw in a destructive card like Venom. This will destroy both cards, which will spawn Winter Soldier and double Deadpool's power.
