May is here and class is definitely fully in session at Strixhaven School of Mages. The Magic Arena community has full access to the set now and players are able to continue drafting with the new cards and incorporating their new tools into Constructed decks as they please.

Throughout the month of May Magic Arena players have a ton of exciting Strixhaven-themed Limited and Constructed events to take part in as they master the new Strixhaven mechanics and features. This is the first full month that the new set is available, so it's not surprising to see it dominating so much territory on the events calendar. The Arena Open events are quickly gaining a lot of popularity as players grind to qualify for exciting prizes, so definitely be sure to keep an eye out for the dates and details on those options.

Just like last month, there's a lot to look forward to and a bit of something for everyone thanks to the variety offered by Standard set events, Historic, and other one-off event formats. Planeswalkers who purchased the Strixhaven Mastery Pass should plan to use this month's events to make some serious progress on their track towards the high end rewards of cards, currency, and cosmetic in-game items.

As always, players can also queue up for casual or ranked Constructed play at any time. Those matches are free and are the primary way lots of players attempt to climb the ranked Constructed ladder all the way up to the Mythic Tier. Reaching that level of play requires a ton of practice, play, and grinding; but is a great way to try and qualify for special tournament invites and prizes in the competitive card game.

Magic Arena is available now for PC and Mac.
