The teaser trailer for Madden NFL 22 showed several teams including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, North Carolina Panthers, Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos, Buffalo Bills, and the Miami Dolphins. While some gamers may prefer a player from one of these teams on the cover of the upcoming Madden title, Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes are the confirmed cover athletes.

Some of the features that EA boasts with Madden NFL 22 include next-gen stats, star-driven AI with an immersive gameday atmosphere to deliver an increasingly improved gameplay experience compared to previous Madden titles. Using real-world data, EA emulates player and team tendencies on both current and next-gen consoles.

Considering how well Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes played in the last two NFL seasons, it's fitting to see both stars on the cover of Madden NFL 22. Both quarterbacks led their teams to the Super Bowl this year, with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers coming out on top by the end of the game. Just like any other Madden title, gamers will be able to emulate this Super Bowl in the upcoming Madden NFL 22.
