YouTube streamer Ludwig Ahgren teased when he's planning to retire from streaming. Known for his entertaining streaming and video content, Ludwig has amassed millions of followers both on Twitch and YouTube.

Ludwig started streaming around 2017, and just recently celebrated six years in the online content space. He first made a name for himself on Twitch, where he became the most-subscribed streamer on the platform after hosting a month-long subathon, but eventually made the surprising move to YouTube Gaming in 2021. Currently, Ludwig has over 4.74 million subscribers or followers on YouTube, where he posts a variety of entertaining videos alongside his streams.

In a tweet about his sixth year as a streamer, Ludwig said he'll quit streaming when he reaches 10 years. Although this didn't seem final yet, he did say for certain that he was excited to make more cool things in the future, and maybe even open a bakery. The latter seems to be possible since his girlfriend QTCinderella is a cake decorator and future bakery book author.

This isn't the first time Ludwig has hinted at retiring because he made a similar declaration in 2022, noting that he'll be more involved behind the camera in the future. In the past, Ludwig has hosted several streamer events, like his chess boxing tournament, that garnered millions of viewers. Apart from being a YouTube streamer, he also co-founded the content creation agency OFFBRAND, and is the co-owner of Moist Esports. So, being an off-cam producer or manager of some sort might not be too farfetched for Ludwig.

Meanwhile, many of Ludwig followers decided to troll him by saying that he'll still continue streaming beyond 10 years. While others seemed to express their sadness that he'll potentially only have four more years of streaming left. Despite the mixed reactions and memes, they also told him how excited they were to see his future projects once he retires from streaming.

Being a streamer is no joke as it can take a lot out of people and their health to spend hours entertaining their viewers live. There have been many streamers who have either taken long breaks or readjusted their streaming schedules to make sure they got enough rest. Big streamers like Pokimane have also considered retiring so they could pursue other ventures. If Ludwig does retire in four years or less, his fans might still see him from time to time, but in a different capacity. As for his streams, viewers can still relive the best moments via clips and montages uploaded on YouTube and social media.
