During the first chapter of Lost Judgment, Tak and his fellow detectives are hired by the chairman of an illustrious private school in Yokohoma. Following a few high-profile incidents, the chairman wants them to help investigate instances of bullying at the school and agrees to allow the detectives to set up hidden cameras around the school's campus in order to find out more.
After placing cameras near the school's shoe lockers, in the stairwells, and even in the men's restroom, Tak, who is disguised as an air conditioning repairman, decides to place his final camera in the classroom of some unruly students that he and Kaito ran into the day before. Unfortunately, however, just as the pair enter the classroom, they find themselves having to answer some deceptively difficult questions in what ends up being one of Lost Judgment's earliest interrogations.
What is the School Chairman's Name?
Due to the secretive nature of the investigation, the chairman hasn't told any of the school staff what's going on. This means that when confronted, players will need to talk their way out of any suspicion. Unfortunately, there's plenty of that coming from Sawa, who, upon recognizing that Tak and Kaito aren't the regular AC repairmen, demands to know who sent them to Class 2-2.
Players will be given three choices here, and, as is often the case, the truth is the best one. Though the investigation itself may be a secret, knowing that the detectives are there with the chairman's blessing is not and so players should be sure to let Sawa know that it was the chairman who hired the Yokohama 99 detective agency to investigate.
It's perhaps a little reassuring to know that Sawa doesn't just take the strange men who have entered her classroom wearing obvious disguises at their word, though her vigilance is bad news for players with short attention spans. She'll ask Tak to confirm the chairman's name, which, for those who weren't paying attention, is Okuda-san.
Thankfully, Sawa will relax a little after hearing the chairman's name, allowing Tak and Kaito to place the final hidden camera. With all 20 new installed, players will need to make their way to the gymnasium where Sugiura and Tsukumo have already begun to monitor the camera feeds on the latter's laptop.
