Hunter B-15 is one of the main characters in Marvel's spinoff show called Loki. B-15 plays a crucial role as one of the minutemen that hunts down those that violate the "sacred timeline." The character is one of several strong female characters in the Marvel universe. Spoiler, she whoops up on Loki pretty good after he steals the Tesseract.

As a hunter, B-15 has a strong-willed soldier's mindset. She will find the target and eliminate the threat without asking questions. Her character is a great contrast to Mobius' hopeful outlook when it comes to Loki and his future. After episode 1, we know at least five definitive things about the hunter.

5 Hunter B-15 Is New To The Marvel Universe

The character was not featured in any comics or referenced in any of the previous movies. Wunmi Mosaku, the actress that plays B-15, was given the opportunity to do what very few people in the MCU are able to. That is, create an entirely new character that is not influenced by the comics or prior films. Hunter B-15 is the result of Mosaku's vision for the character, which provides a perfect representation of how a time hunter would both look and behave.

4 Loki Is Lucky B-15 Isn't A Judge

After the scene where B-15 lets Loki experience the pain of getting walloped in slow motion, it became incredibly clear what she wanted to do with Loki. At Loki's trial, B-15 suggested that Loki be "reset." She used that same phrase after Loki attempted to escape by stealing Mobius' time device.

It is a bit of conjecture, but being "reset" is most likely the elimination of that timeline. As a timeline splits, multiple realities branch out. To fix the timeline, those alternate realities need to be eliminated. Being reset is essentially a death sentence, but slightly different since that timeline would have never existed in the first place. Basically, B-15 wants Loki killed and it is quite apparent.

3 Hunter B-15 Is Not To Be Messed With

Loki And B-15

B-15 is physically strong, but she possesses just as much mental fortitude. Loki learned his lesson early on that she does not play games. Loki may have outsmarted her in episode 1, but B-15 does not seem like the type to get fooled twice. Marvel really did a great job bringing the Minutemen to life. Hunter B-15 looks and feels like a true time hopping huntress that shoots first and asks questions later. Her confidence and unwavering determination should frighten anyone bold enough to alter the universe's timeline. It would not be a surprise if viewers see more than a handful of variants get pruned during her missions to restore the timeline.

2 The Antagonist Of An Anti-Hero

Loki Arrested by B-15

Loki is not exactly a protagonist, but because this is his show, lets assume that is the case. Hunter B-15 will be a recurring antagonist within the Minutemen, while the evil variation of Loki is the primary bad guy. In every movie he appears in, Loki has a love/hate relationship with a majority of the characters. It is ironic because Loki is both the protagonist (sort of) and the antagonist.

It is speculation, but Hunter B-15 is a prime candidate to have that love/hate dynamic with Loki. We already know how Mobius feels about him, so it is doubtful he will fill a Thor like role in the series. B-15 and Loki could become the good cop bad cop duo the universe needs to restore the sacred timeline.

1 Preservation Of The Timeline At All Costs

Loki Art

As viewers, we know that at some point B-15 will have to make tough decisions to stop the variants from creating infinite timelines. From the first episode at least, we know that B-15 will choose the Minutemen and their duty over any other considerations. Will her convictions change as the series goes on? Viewers will have to wait and see how the characters develop, but considering her perspective thus far, B-15 and Loki will be butting heads in the weeks to come. When that critical decision presents itself, B-15 may have to choose the sacred timeline over this variant of Loki.
