Marvel fans can now get a behind-the-scenes look at their favorite series Loki in a new episode of Marvel Studios’ Assembled: The Making of Loki. The first season of the Disney Plus series came to an end in July and changed the entire landscape of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. A lot of work and effort was put in to bring the six-episode show to life and the new episode of the documentary series offers an insight into the filming process.

The journey began with Loki being arrested by the Time Variance Authority for his crimes against the sacred timeline and concluded with the big reveal of He Who Remains being in charge of the TVA. Now, the documentary will bring viewers closer to understanding how each episode was produced. Marvel has also released a trailer for the episode of Assembled, which is now streaming on Disney Plus.

The brief trailer promises a lot of fun details from the sets of Loki, with the stars shooting in a massive soundstage covered in green screen and having a good laugh. The special episode of Assembled will include interviews with the creative team of the show, including Loki director Kate Herron and head writer Michael Waldron. Actors Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Richard E. Grant will also share their thoughts on the God of Mischief’s latest adventure.

Marvel Studios' Assembled was first announced in February as a documentary series that would offer fans a look at the making of the various projects in the MCU. Each episode would offer behind-the-scenes facts and information related to fan-favorite Marvel projects, including both films and television shows. The hour-long episodes have previously featured exclusive footage and interviews from the other two Marvel Studios series on Disney Plus, WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

The latest episode of Assembled includes interesting facts about Loki, including why the Loki Variant refers to herself as Sylvie, introducing Alligator Loki in the series, the construction of the sacred timeline, and He Who Remains’ true identity. The episode also digs deep into the character’s past, with insight into how Hiddleston was brought on to be a part of the MCU in 2011’s Thor.

Other parts of the episode will focus on the production and sets used, bits of which are visible in the official trailer for Assembled. Loki had a unique look compared to the other Marvel Studios series that have premiered on Disney Plus and the Assembled episode looks at how the design team brought it all together. There is also some exclusive footage of Jonathan Majors as He Who Remains.

Loki is now streaming on Disney Plus.
