Like him or hate him, Logan Paul has become one of the biggest social media influencers of the last decade, elevating himself to new heights with almost every decision he makes. From making YouTube content to going toe-to-toe with Floyd Mayweather Jr., one of the greatest boxers ever, there isn't much Paul hasn't done by the age of 27.

In a sit-down interview with the Wall Street Journal, Paul declared he plans to run for President of the United States of America in 2032 when he turns 35. It isn't the first time he's made such a statement as he's done so as early as 2020 and then again earlier in 2022, where during an episode of the popular podcast "Impaulsive," Paul stated that he believed he'd make a very good President.

Towards the end of his interview with the Wall Street Journal, Paul stared down the barrel of the camera and officially stated, "I, Logan Paul, will run for President in 2032." Depending on how serious people take it, the announcement itself could shake Hollywood and many already in politics, with responses ranging from disbelief to slight mockery. Logan Paul is no stranger to controversy, and this declaration will surely add fuel to that fire when it comes to people talking about him, but it wouldn't surprise many to see him go through with it.

From tasering dead rats to encouraging his viewers to eat tide pods, Paul's name became synonymous with the word controversy, outraging many of his fans that grew up watching him. In 2018, YouTube was forced to update its policies following Paul's visit to Japan, which featured capturing a dead body of a suicide victim on camera. If Paul runs for President in 2032, whether it be as a Republican, Democrat, or Independent, there will be no shortage of material at the disposal of his opposing candidates to run a full-on smear campaign to attempt to wipe his chances of legitimacy. He does have a foot in the door in terms of publicity, as millions of fans adore him for his charm, personality, and ability to speak his mind without regard to repercussion.

Originally, Paul considered running when he turned 50 to allow for room to grow as an individual and become wiser before making the jump, but the itch to get into politics may push him to go all-in earlier than expected. He also has big plans for his brother, Jake, as he states he'd make him the official Secretary of Defense, despite his sibling's lack of credentials and overall experience in any field related to the role. At the end of the day, he may be the second person to go from appearing at a WWE Wrestlemania event to becoming the leader of the free world in the future.
