Just in time for the spooky season, the release of Netflix’s horror series Locke and Key season 2 is approaching fast. Fans finally have a confirmed date to count down the days and now they have the first trailer for the second season to sink their teeth into. Locke and Key has proven to be one of Netflix’s more popular horror series, taking its origin from the comic book series written by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez. Locke and Key tells the story of three siblings who, after discovering the murder of their father, flee to their ancestral home.

As Locke and Key fans know, the three siblings may have been seeking comfort and more knowledge in regards to their family tree. However, instead, they mostly stumbled upon a collection of mystic keys that hold within them magical and super-hero-like powers, all of which are connected in some way to their father’s death. Throughout the Netflix series, The three siblings' persistent curiosity about what these keys symbolize and possess nearly ends up brushing them with death. The three musketeers end up summoning and awakening a demon whose main mission is to capture them, stopping at nothing in order to carry out his demonic plan.
