Chapter 5 marks the end of Life is Strange: True Colors, but there are still plenty of collectibles for players to find during this important sequence of events. Trophy hunters and those after an easy full gamerscore will want to follow this guide to collect the last Memories of the game.
As Alex has empathic abilities in Life is Strange: True Colors, these random items offer her a glimpse into their owner's feelings. There are five to collect in Chapter 5, but don't worry if some were missed. Any scene from any chapter can be repeated from the main menu to search for Memories and missable Trophies/Achievements, without affecting previous player choices.
Remember to hold down the button that lets Alex see emotions when a Memory is located (L2/LT on consoles). This is Alex's power in Life is Strange: True Colors, and using it will reveal a glow that can be interacted with. There are 7 Trophies/Achievements that can be earned by finding all Memories in Chapter 5.
All Chapter 5 Memory Locations in Life is Strange: True Colors
Memory 1 - Mom's Keys (Dream Sequence in Hospital)
The first Memory is Alex's mom's keys, and they can be found on top of a counter in her hospital ward. Interacting with it and experiencing the memory will unlock the "Scary News" Trophy/Achievement.
Memory 2 - Business Card (Dream Sequence in Family Home)
Before opening the door outside while in the family home dream sequence, head to the kitchen in the back and turn right. The second memory in Chapter 5 is a business card. it is on top of a box, under the clock on the wall, and will unlock the "Some Kind of Fight" Trophy/Achievement.
Memory 3 - Guitar Strings (Dream Sequence in Children's Home)
Wait until Alex gets to the children's home dream sequence and then go to the beds on the left side of the room. Guitar strings are sitting on a bed, and will pop the "Guitar Strings" Trophy/Achievement.
Memory 4 - Pendant (Mines)
Finding the pendant is linked to the story, and cannot be missed (unlike the Bird Spotting Trophy/Achievement) Just keep following the path of red light in the mines until Alex can't go any further. A cutscene will play and unlock the "Where The Devil Sleeps" Trophy/Achievement.
Memory 5 - Bomber Jacket (Alex's Apartment)
This is easily missable, but the final Memory of the chapter (and game) is found in Alex's apartment. Go over to the kitchen table and interact with the bomber jacket to unlock the "You’re a Helldiver Now" Trophy/Achievement. Players can now head up to the roof and make the decision whether to stay in Haven or seek adventure in Life is Strange: True Colors.
As every chapter is available to play at launch, Life is Strange: True Colors is hopefully the next chapter in episodic games. Players can immediately jump into any act and start looking for more collectibles. Finding all five Memories in Chapter 5 will earn players the "Emotional Unearthing" Trophy/Achievement, and after every Memory in the game has been found, "Haven Historian" will unlock.
