Rachel asks Chloe to take a seat, and the player has the option of pushing a box closer to where Rachel is sitting. Then the player can either sit right away or go behind the stack of boxes to explore. The quote is right there on the wall, and the player can let Chloe add something more to it. They can either write "we are monsters" or "everybody lies", which unlocks an achievement for players.
The quote explains the reality of today's society. There are many "fake" people out there. Some are pretending to be someone they are not for the sake of views and attention.
