Ever since the first LEGO game was released back in 1997 (LEGO Island), LEGO-style games have continually improved in terms of gameplay and graphics. And with the release of the LEGO Star Wars series in 2005, players were finally able to play as their favorite Star Wars character in LEGO form. But, the first LEGO Star Wars games didn't feature every character from the Star Wars universe until TT Games finally released LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
And even though this LEGO-style Star Wars game is missing some characters (from Solo and Rogue One), fans are more than happy with the current character pool. But, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has more than characters since players can also fly some of Star Wars' most iconic vehicles. As with characters, though, every vehicle has a unique set of features that make it better than others, so players would do well in learning which ones will get them to a galaxy far far away.

And with the addition of new ships, players may wonder which is the fastest ship in Lego Star Wars. That's why this ranked list has been expanded, so players can speed through the galaxy as quickly as possible.
11 ARC-170 Starfighter
Perhaps one of the most iconic ships from the Star Wars prequel trilogy is the ARC-170 Starfighter (Aggressive ReConnaissance-170 starfighter). It was especially iconic during Revenge of the Sith, where fans could see hundreds of them battling against the Separatist army. These multipurpose starships were not only the perfect starfighter killing machine, but it was also capable of lightspeed travel.
In LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, players can pilot the ARC-170 Starfighter by completing the Episode 2 campaign. This starship is ideal for players who want to be quick while still packing a decent amount of firepower. Additionally, the in-game model is faithful to the source material, which any Lego fan greatly appreciates.
10 CR90 Corvette
The first scene of the Star Wars franchise that fans remember from the big screen was that of a CR90 Corvette (Tantive IV) being chased by an Imperial Star Destroyer. This Corvette class cruiser has repeatedly reappeared in the Star Wars universe, mostly outfitted as a transport unit. But, at the battle of Endor, fans could see several CR90 Corvettes joining the battle against the second Death Star.
Star Wars and LEGO fans will be happy to know that the CR90 Corvette is worthy of being called one of the fastest ships in LEGO Star Wars, despite being a larger space vehicle. But, as players can expect, flying this cruiser-type spacecraft requires decent piloting skills similar to that of Iden Versio or Hera Syndulla.
9 Libertine
The sequel trilogy has always been controversial among the Star Wars fanbase. But whether a fan likes them or not, the sequel trilogy delivered dozens of beautiful new ships to the franchise. One such ship is the Libertine, a "starship yacht" that Finn, Rose, BB-8, and DJ stole to board the Supremacy star destroyer. While this ship lacks firepower, it makes up for it by being fast.
The Libertine is considered among the best ships to pilot in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga since it's small, making it easy to maneuver through some tougher areas in the game. But, of course, players should be aware that it lacks high HP, so they'll need to avoid getting hit too much.
8 Millennium Falcon (Episode IV - VI)

Players shouldn't be surprised that the Millennium Falcon is among the best ship in Skywalker Saga, especially since it can complete the Kessel Run in twelve parsecs, according to Han Solo. Moreover, the Millennium Falcon has been continuously upgraded throughout the entire Star Wars Saga, and fans can expect Rey to make further adjustments.
Players can pilot the Millennium Falcon in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga in all its glory. And while there are three versions of the Millennium Falcon in the game (Episodes IV-VI, Episode IX, and Episode VII-VIII), the one from Episodes IV-VI is by far the fastest.
7 Ghost
The Ghost is a light freighter first featured in the mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, but most fans will recall it being piloted by Hera Syndulla in the Rebels animated series. This ship can fly under the radar of almost every Imperial starship, which is where it gets its iconic name.
Even though the version found in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga doesn't have its unique stealth mechanics, it still merits being included as one of the best vehicles. That's because it has several powerful laser turrets plus two proton torpedoes. Players can unlock this ship by purchasing a Rumor for 30,000 Shiny Studs and completing the Ochi-Doke quest.
6 GNK Power Cruiser
The LEGO game series has always been known to create some of the funniest scenes in the gaming industry, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is no different. The GNK Power Cruiser is one of the many non-canon ships in the game since it's essentially a giant Gonk droid. But, despite the GNK Power Cruiser's hilarious design, it's still an effective vehicle to use throughout the game.
This Gonk-inspired ship boasts a massive amount of HP, which can make specific missions a walk in the park. Unfortunately, it doesn't have much in terms of firepower, so players will need to avoid using it for bounty-like assignments. Players can obtain the GNK Power Cruiser by completing the Final Gonk questline.
5 Kylo Ren's TIE Whisper
Despite the Star Wars sequel trilogy splitting the fanbase due to some changes made to the universe, they still introduced dozens of new ships that most of the fanbase couldn't help but love. One such ship was Kylo Ren's personal TIE fighter, which he used throughout the movies until Rey destroyed it in Ahch-To.
The TIE Whisper in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is perfect for space travel since it's fast and carries four powerful laser cannons, making quick work of any enemy starfighters. The main downside of this vehicle (and why it's not ranked higher) is it can easily be destroyed due to its limited health bar. Fortunately, players can use some Cheat Codes to increase their chances of survival.
4 Escape Pod
Most players disregard using the Escape Pod since it's overshadowed by larger ships, especially ones that are starfighters. While some vehicles are slightly better than the Escape Pod, this unique ship can be effective due to its small size. Because of its size, the Escape Pod is one of the fastest ships in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Moreover, it also has a decent attack speed rating, even if the base damage is lower than other vehicles. Players who want to use the Escape Pod will need to complete the "Escape Pod Cargo" quest and once completed can be purchased for 35,000 Studs.
3 Resistance Transport Pod
Star Wars fans most likely recognize the Resistance Transport Pod from the iconic scene where Rose Tico and Finn piloted one to reach the planet Cantonica to find the infamous Master Codebreaker. And the LEGO version of this ship deserves a spot in this tier list since it has the same speed as the Escape Pod and the same firepower as other starfighters like the TIE Fighter.
Unfortunately, it suffers the same penalty as other pod-like ships: a small health bar. But, the good news is players will not have to complete a hidden side quest to obtain it since it's available early on in the game.
2 Y-Wing
The Y-Wing has been one of Star Wars' most iconic bombers since it's featured in almost every Star Wars series and movie (except in the prequel trilogy). This vehicle boasts armaments found in starfighters and bombers, making it the go-to choice for the Alliance and New Republic Navy. And the Y-Wing in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga keeps true to the source material since it's among the most versatile ships in the game.
As players can expect, the Y-Wing carries two powerful ion cannons that can stun almost any ship, not to mention it also has a proton torpedo. Players can obtain this powerful vehicle by completing the "Winging It" side quest in Yavin-4 (one of the best Planets players can explore in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga).
1 Naboo Starfighter
Undoubtedly, the Naboo Starfighter is the best vehicle in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga since it has the best speed and damage output. This starfighter is quite maneuverable, making it ideal to use during missions with lots of asteroids like the one featuring Jango Fett.
Besides its dual blaster cannons, it also has two proton torpedoes that can destroy almost any enemy ship. It takes some time to learn how to use it correctly, but once players get the hang of it, they'll be able to breeze through most of the space battles featured in the game.
