A witty Legends of Runeterra player stumbles upon a secret code from Riot Games to import hidden heroes into a new deck.

Legends of Runeterra is a free-to-play mobile card game that heavily based on Riot's popular League of Legends MOBA game. Although it's a different format, Legends of Runeterra still consists of characters and gameplay elements from the original game.

Legends of Runeterra is developed by Riot Games and released on April 29, 2020. In the game, players create decks with spell cards, unit cards, and champions, allowing for a variety of gameplay options. Players fight with their decks one on one until the other player loses all of their health points.

Eight days ago, a Reddit user by the name of InkarFidelis was casually strolling through the Legends of Runeterra menu when he accidentally clicked the "Import Deck" button. They were greeted with a brief tutorial and given an example of how a deck should look. Curiosity got to InkarFidelis, and as they typed out the code on their phone and emailed it to themselves, they were not disappointed.

The deck contained a glorious combination of Teemo, Elnuks, Poros, and Professor van Yipp. In the League of Legends lore, Teemo is a stealth character and is notorious for being hard to counter for players, causing many people to hate playing against him. So when a deck that is titled "The God Deck," it serves as an immediate warning to other players that they are in for a terrible time. You check the deck makeup below and see for yourself.

Anyone interested in trying out the deck for themselves can enter the code "CEBAKAIEAUEBIFY4BAAQCBAICAIRMGI3FMAACAIBAQXA" into the import deck option and give it a test run. InkarFidelis got a kick out of winning their first game with a 20 attack elusive Fluft of Poros. Riot Games has a history of pulling pranks on its players, such as adding a joke champion to their roster earlier this year for an April fool's day prank. So this stunt comes as no surprise to many players, but it is fun to see when companies engage in the player community. Perhaps Riot Games could expand on Teemo's backstory in the future.

Legends of Runeterra is available now for Microsoft Windows, iOS, and Andriod.
