With Nintendo's decision to make The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild an open world adventure as opposed to the more linear outings of the franchise's past, it has become evident that players of the Switch and Wii U title not only enjoy the freedom provided by its exploration aspects, but also savor discovering new and unique tricks to traverse across Hyrule. As it happens, one rather crafty fan of the game has recently managed to utilize a cool trick to skip into one of the title's more difficult-to-reach areas by thinking outside of the box. It must be said, though, that readers should tread carefully after this point, because the feat could contain spoilers.

As seen below in the clip posted by the Twitter user Swiffy22, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild player shows how other fans can completely bypass the Lost Woods in order to get to the Korok Forest. Interestingly enough, all it took was a little ingenuity by following along with the process of felling a tree, using the Stasis Rune on the now fallen log, and riding the expelled energy from the Stasis period over the Lost Woods to the entrance of the Korok Forest with the use of Link's paraglider.

For those unaware, making the way throughout The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's Lost Woods can become a tedious chore in order to get to the Korok Forest if one doesn't know how to navigate it, as inexperienced players will be nabbed by the fog and sent back to the beginning if they don't walk through it just right. With this being the case, Swiffy22's method to bypass the spooky area will definitely save fans some time who wish to get to the Korok Forest without having to parse the pitiless puzzle of the Lost Woods.

Swiffy22's trick to get to the Korok Forest is without a doubt, yet another great example of how The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild rewards fans for experimentation in the open world, as there have been numerous instances of players going off the beaten path to discover neat ways to experience Hyrule. For instance, one fan recently flew to the highest point of the map to overlook the whole landscape by utilizing the Magnesis Rune with a minecart, allowing them to bear witness to all of the game's topography from above.

Taking all of this into consideration, it's only a matter of time before another fan of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild manages to find another remarkable way to interact with the game. Whether through clever combinations of Breath of the Wild's items or through skillful combat, like those who found neat Shrine puzzle skipping tricks, or the player who defeated two Silver Lynels without taking any damage, it will be interesting to see what players can come up with next.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available now for Nintendo Switch and Wii U.
