Much like its 2017 predecessor, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has players complete a number of tutorial-style shrines before they can finally get started exploring the Kingdom of Hyrule. One of these shrines is the In-isa Shrine, which can be found in the southwestern region of the Great Sky Island.

Like the other beginner shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the In-isa Shrine is designed to familiarize players with a special ability; in this case, Fuse. As its name might suggest, Fuse can be used to attach two items together, allowing players to create an assortment of unique and powerful weapons to aid them on their journey.

The In-Isa Shrine is located in the southwestern portion of the Great Sky Island not far from a large body of water. Reaching it will require players to have already completed the Ukouh Shrine, as they'll need to use the Ultrahand ability to create a raft. Once they've done so, they can sail across the water and then make their way to the shrine's entrance, pressing the A button to examine it and open up the path ahead. The coordinates of the In-isa Shrine are 0025, -1503, 1408.

Once inside the shrine, players will gain access to the Fuse ability, which will allow them to attach items to certain weapons and shields. After selecting it from the Ability wheel by holding the L button and flicking the right analog stick down, players should pull out one of their weapons and then use Fuse while standing near a Boulder; again, by pressing L. This will give them the option to fuse the Boulder to either their weapon or their shield. They'll want to choose the former on this occasion, which means pressing the Y button when prompted.

After they've fused a Boulder to one of their weapons, players can use it to break down the stone wall in front of them. On the other side of this wall are a bunch of stone pillars, which players can also destroy using their fused weapon. Destroying the one closest to the locked door will cause a chest to drop down, inside of which, players can find five arrows. This bodes well, as they'll need an arrow or two for the next part of the shrine.

In the area to the right of the locked door, players will find some small trees with Fire Fruit growing on them. After harvesting all of the fruit with the A button, players should draw an arrow by pressing and holding ZR and then press and hold Up on the D-Pad to bring up the Attach menu. They'll then want to scroll right through the list of materials using the right analog stick until they come to the Fire Fruit. Once they do, they should release Up to attach the Fire Fruit to their arrow.

With a fire arrow now drawn, players should look up at the far wall, where they'll see a ledge with a chest on it surrounded by some brambles. If they aim their fire arrow at the brambles and then release ZR, Link will shoot the arrow and the brambles will begin to burn, causing the chest to fall down onto the platform below. Players will then be able to open the chest, which contains the Small Key needed to open up the locked door.

In the next area, players will encounter a Soldier Construct with a fused weapon of its own. Getting too close to it is ill-advised as its attacks are incredibly powerful, so it's best to take it out from a distance. Observant players will notice that there are brambles on the ground all around it, and setting these ablaze like the ones in the previous area is a great option. If they need more Fire Fruit, they can find it on the platform to their right. The platform on the opposite side has some other useful items as well.

Once the Soldier Construct has been defeated, players can use its Rock Hammer or the one they created for themselves earlier to destroy the stone wall blocking the path ahead. On the other side of this wall is the statue marking the end of the shrine and interacting with this using the A button will allow Link to claim another precious Light of Blessing. Players will then be transported back outside, at which point, their next destination will likely be the Gutanbac Shrine, or, if they've already completed it, the Temple of Time.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch.
