Announced last week and immediately being ridiculed by the internet, boxing legend Floyd 'Money' Mayweather will be returning to the ring for the second time since his retirement, this time facing divisive YouTube star Logan Paul in an exhibition match on February 20. The pair's square off, which will air live on pay-per-view, has elicited a number of interesting reactions from boxing and YouTube fans alike, with Paul's former rival KSI (real name J.J Olatunji) having some interesting opinions to share about the forthcoming event.

For those who aren't aware, the immensely popular British YouTuber and rapper went head to head with Paul during a main event, pro-boxing clash last year, with KSI managing to defeat the American YouTuber in a hard-fought six-round battle. With the pair having a heated feud throughout the years, fans were clearly interested to see what KSI would have to say about his former opponent's unexpected face off against one of the pound-for-pound greatest boxers of all time.

Interestingly, Olatunji admitted that he was completely behind Paul as he looks to pull off a huge upset and finally put an end to Mayweather's undefeated status. "I did not expect this in the timeline," KSI jokes when addressing the news of the fight in one of his weekly Reddit commentary videos. "I also know that a lot of people are going to be asking, who do I want to win? Well, ladies and gentlemen, I want Logan to win," he continues, stating that "I will always, until the day I die, be team YouTube." The sentiment is one that KSI has stuck to frequently throughout his career, often wanting to elevate YouTube and its creators to higher levels.

Seeing as the first Logan Paul vs KSI event was an unprecedented success and its pro-boxing sequel was one of streaming service DAZN's biggest pay-per-views of 2019, it's clear Olatunji wants to see Paul continue to grow YouTube's newfound boxing trend. Speaking on fan reactions if the American YouTuber was to get the win over his veteran opponent, KSI claimed it would "literally destroy the internet." He does preface that he thinks Logan Paul standing tall over Floyd Mayweather is a very unlikely prospect, however, telling viewers that "I don't think any amount of training will get Logan prepared."

Outside of the upcoming bout, KSI is also preparing to step into the ring in the near future, with Logan Paul's younger brother Jake Paul wanting to take a swing at the British YouTube mainstay. While no date has been announced for the card, the two have exchanged heated words over social media, with Jake Paul calling Olatunji out following his viral knockout of NBA star Nate Robinson during the recent Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. event.
