Namco Bandai has released a new cinematic trailer for their up and coming Knights Contract game for for the Xbox 360 and PS3. I know what the first thing you are going to think when you look at the above image: "Who's The Blonde?" And after that, you just may take a look at the gaping hole in the man's abdomen where he clearly has had something go through him. THEN you might even gaze on his face and realize he is smirking.

And then, after all of this is over, you can finally let the thought dawn upon you... this guy is the most bad-ass person you have ever seen ever. Not only is he macho, and clearly manly enough to get the girl--he is absolutely littered with scars and wears a giant steel spike on his arm. Oh, did I mention that this guy is immortal. What more can you really ask for in a game? An immortal bad-ass with a hole in his stomach kicking the living piss out of everything. End story.

This isn't really the end of the story however, this is quite the beginning in fact. We haven't even gotten to the glorious part of it all - where you get to see the trailer. This piece of work done by Namco Bandai and crew completely blew me away. The graphics (not to say they shall be the same in game, and if they were it would be the biggest surprise ever) are the most stunningly realistic I have seen yet. It almost makes you feel as though you are sitting in front of a field, the breeze blowing through your hair, bringing some blood with it as the bad-ass warrior slices through some equally intimidating and enormous freaks.

Needless to say, even if the game ends up flopping, I congratulate them for having this trailer exist. The trailer itself is worth the game. They could burn this trailer onto a disk and put it in a Knights Contract case and I would purchase it for sixty dollars. If you aren't convinced I dare you say that to the face of any gamer after watching it.

Yea? Need to go clean up a little bit? We all do. Tell us what you think ranters!
