For the completionists out there that want to collect everything there is to collect in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, here's a detailed guide on where to find all the Waddle Dees in the Welcome to Wondaria level, as well as how to complete all of its missions.
Enjoy the View from the Top of the Rocket
As soon as Kirby and the Forgotten Land players are dropped into the Welcome to Wondaria stage, they'll immediately see a large statue at the theme park's entrance. It has the name of the park (in a strange language), some planets, two dog mascots, and a rocket. Go stand on the top of the rocket for a second to complete this mission.
Duckling Locations
Duckling 1
One of the missions for this stage is to find five lost ducklings and take them to their mother. The first yellow duckling can be found to the left of the main entrance statue where the "stand on top of the rocket" mission is at.
Duckling 2
Keep walking into the area after the main entrance, and there will be a closed popcorn stand on the left corner. The duckling is beside it to the left.
Duckling 3
Look on top of the grass hedges behind the entrance statue for this duckling.
Duckling 4
Check on the staircase to the right of the entrance statue.
Duckling 5
Look behind the park map on the right side of the same area for the last duck.
Waddle Dee 1
In the section of the stage where players have to avoid all the marching theme park characters like the spaceships and robots, they'll find a switch on the left side that will reveal a hidden Waddle Dee cage. Grab it before the timer runs out.
Capsule 1
On the same platform where the first Waddle Dee is hidden, players will see a sparkling spot on its right side. Step on it to reveal the first capsule location nearby.
Capsule 2
When players have to climb ladders and hide in crevices to avoid the flying theme park ride machines, there will be a switch that Kirby can step on to open up a closed gate above. Climb the ladder and then climb a second ladder on the right to reach a room where Kirby can use Mouthful Mode on a coaster. Ride the roller coaster, moving left and right to pick up coins and healing items. Eventually, there will be a switch on the right-hand side that Kirby can press to make a toy capsule appear.
Players can retry the roller coaster section by interacting with the blue star after getting off the ride.
Waddle Dee 2
Right when the ride is about to end, there will be a second switch that players can hit. It will be harder to hit than the first switch, but just know it's on the left-hand side not too long after getting out of the spooky indoor area. Hitting the switch will open up a gate with a Waddle Dee inside it. Players will find the Waddle Dee as soon as they get off the coaster in a room on the right.
Capsule 3/ Waddle Dee 3
When players end up on some spinning platforms with skeletons throwing bones at them. Look for a small crevice that has a capsule in it. There's a switch players can press above that same spot to reveal a hidden Waddle Dee on the following spinning circle.
Make Wilted Flowers Bloom 1- 4
Once players suck up all the water from the pipe, spray water on the four almost-dead plants after beating the three enemies.
Wilted Flowers 5-8 / Toy Hammer Blueprint
When players use Water-Balloon Mouth with Kirby the second time, go past the electrified coasters and some enemies to find three more wilted flowers in front of a ladder. To find the eighth wilted flower, make sure to clean the gunk with Kirby on the left side of the area. The platform will drop, and a section below will have the last flower. After getting all eight flowers wet, players will be rewarded with the Toy Hammer Blueprint to evolve the Hammer Copy Ability.
Waddle Dee 4
When players find an area with tons of gunk that needs to be cleaned up, use Mouthful mode to get Kirby filled up with water. Spray the entire area down to pop open four manholes that are bursting with water. The Waddle Dee will appear once it's all clean.
