Despite there being a great focus on the different Ideals that players can specialize in, there isn't a great variety of units to accommodate all Ideals at the beginning of King's Bounty 2. Players will likely notice sufficient availability of Order troops, however, the other 3 Ideals, Power, Finesse, and Anarchy, aren't as present in the Albian Highlands where the game starts.

Finesse suffers the most, with literally no possible units in this first area of King's Bounty 2, and Power doesn't fare much better with only a single unit being acquirable, however, players can gather a decent number of Anarchy units to see them through this tutorial-like area if one does not wish to solely use the Order Ideal units shoved their way by the game.

Where To Get The First Anarchy Units In The Game

Shortly after leaving the prison where the game begins, players will find a village along the road with a broken statue in the center. Off to the east, there is a path that leads to an area with a recruiter merchant as well as some people about to get into a fight. The player can get involved with this confrontation and choose which side to help; the humans or the dwarves. Aiding the dwarves will give the player an Order Ideal unit while choosing to side with the humans will grant the Brigands unit, which is the first obtainable Anarchy unit in the game.

After the conflict is resolved, players will be gifted this unit, however, gamers will also now be able to recruit more Brigands at any time by speaking to the recruiter merchant nearby. Just be sure to save up, as units are fairly expensive at this early stage in King's Bounty 2.

Where To Get The Best Anarchy Units In The Early Game

While the Brigands are a decent unit, there are far better Anarchy ones to be found. Players will first need to complete the relatively simple quest located in the abandoned town of Bliss in the Albian Highlands to acquire great Anarchy units. Bliss can be found in the southwest part of the map, and the short quest to unlocking the desired troops is pretty straightforward.

Gamers must assist the undead mage, Berengarius, as he seeks to gain some control over Bliss from the dark spirits that are moving into the abandoned town. Help him defeat the foes in the Bliss Cemetery and Berengarius will become a recruiter merchant where players can obtain some excellent Anarchy units.

Ghouls - Anarchy Unit

Fast and fierce, Ghouls have both high Initiative and high Speed stats, meaning that they get to move sooner than many other units in battle as well as can cover ground swiftly. In regards to Initiative and Speed, Ghouls are on par with the canine units found in the early game, though possess more resilience and a better Active Skill that can help one kill more troops in an enemy unit during attacks; weakening them efficiently and sufficiently.

Skeletons - Anarchy Unit

Whereas the Ghouls are fast units great for flanking and rushing foes, the Skeletons act more like traditional units, but with less Speed, however, they thankfully come with an Active Skill that boosts their Speed for a turn to close the distance between themselves and foes. Though Skeletons can go toe-to-toe with other humanoid units, they are the best at chasing down pesky Archers, as they take reduced damage from physical ranged attacks due to the arrows canonically mostly going through the gaps in their bones.
