Kingdom Hearts 3 director Tetsuya Nomura recently took part in a lengthy interview which will be published in Dengeki PlayStation Vol. 266 on July 12, 2018. However, an online recap was also made available that contained most - if not all - of the material discussed in the said interview, with Nomura briefly discussing what to expect next from Kingdom Hearts 3.

At E3 2018, the upcoming action role-playing game had an impressive performance, with the game appearing at three difference conferences showcasing Frozen, Pirates of the Caribbean, and more. While many may have expected that to be everything shown before the game officially launches on January 29, 2019, Nomura revealed that he would like to show off the Big Hero 6 world soon.

For those unaware, Big Hero 6 is a 2014 Disney film based loosely on the Marvel Comic series of the same name. Set in the fictional world of San Fransokyo, Hiro teams up with an inflatable robot known as Baymax, as well as four others, in order to save their hometown. It has been known to feature in Kingdom Hearts 3 for some time, but a more, in-depth glimpse on the streets of San Fransokyo may very well be welcomed by fans of both franchises.

Considering Kingdom Hearts 3's Big Hero 6 world was first confirmed 3 years ago at the 2015 D23 Expo, it would make sense for Nomura to showcase it next, while many fans may be holding out for other Disney-owned properties, such as Star Wars. However, for those who have trouble keeping all the worlds revealed in perspective, we here at Game Rant compiled a list of every world confirmed so far.

Nevertheless, Nomura didn't quite reveal when this information would be coming, as "soon" could be relative to the release of Kingdom Hearts 3. Since it is currently about 6 months from release, fans could expect this information sometime before then, and hopefully sooner rather than later. While some may still be disappointed that Kingdom Hearts 3 was delayed to 2019, the worlds showcased between now and then may make the wait worthwhile.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is currently scheduled for launch on January 29, 2019, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
