Jurassic World Alive Adds Special Items To AMC Theaters and Walmart

Jurassic World Alive may not have caused the same worldwide phenomenon as Pokemon GO, but the mobile AR game does seem to be building a serious community of players. The game tasks players with heading out into the real world to find dinosaurs and gather resources and plays out in a very similar way to Pokemon GO.

The latest update to the week old game confirms that players can earn some special rewards from visiting Jurassic World Alive sponsored locations. So far, AMC Theaters and Walmart are the places to visit for gamers who want to cash in on the rewards while they are available.

The Walmart offer is simply a special Sponsored Supply Drop. That's cool and all, but the real excitement comes from the AMC Epic Incubators. Courtesy of the researchers at Metahub, here's everything we know about the special offer...

Available only in the US and Canada in participating AMC Theatres;AMC Theatres appear orange on the map; They appear from miles away;Rewards do not appear to vary according to a player’s level;Rewards appear to vary randomly;Rewards seem to guarantee DNA for at least 1 Rare, 1 Epic and the Legendary Indominus Rex;The rewards may contain one, several or all of the followings:coins which appear to vary according to one’s level;3300 DNA for Velociraptor (Common);3300 DNA for Triceratops Gen 2 (Common);330 DNA for Spinosaurus (Rare);330 DNA for Dilophosaurus (Rare);260 DNA for Ankylosaurus (Epic);260 DNA for Tyranosaurus Rex (Epic);20 DNA for Indominus Rex (Legendary).

Although the exact prize will vary, those are some high value possibilities. If players are lucky enough to live in a city that has an AMC Theater, making the trip definitely seems very valuable. Good luck out there!

Jurassic World Alive is out now for iOS and Android mobile devices.
