Just last month, Bandai Namco released two new additional DLC characters to Jump Force, adding Yu Yu Hakusho and Hunter X Hunter characters in the game. While players warmly received the two new characters' release, many were wondering which characters Bandai Namco will add to the fighting game next.

Yesterday, dataminers leaked Jump Force's upcoming DLC characters' identities, which are Yoruichi Shihoin and Giorno Giovanna. These characters were discovered after data miners found their files added to the PC version of Jump Force. Now, Bandai Namco has released a statement via social media, confirming that Giorno Giovanna from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind and Yoruichi Shihoin from Bleach will be added to Jump Force as downloadable characters.

As per Bandai Namco, a "minor technical mix-up" resulted in the two DLC characters' identities being accidentally revealed. It is worth noting that apart from dataminers, a small number of players received a work-in-progress update from Bandai Namco, revealing the upcoming fighters in Jump Force's roster. Moreover, the studio revealed that Giovanna could be different at launch. The leaked footage wouldn't represent what players should expect to see in the final version of the character, appearance, and moveset.

Unfortunately, Bandai Namco's latest statement regarding the leaked characters did not include a timeframe on when they will be added to Jump Force. However, the studio reassured fans that more information will be revealed soon. Bandai Namco hopes that similar to the latest DLC characters' reception, fans will be pleased with Giovanna and Yoruichi's final versions when they eventually join Jump Force's roster of fighters.

Jump Force is available now on Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
