Jump Force's roster of playable characters keeps growing, with Bandai Namco announcing yet another new anime character making its way to the game. It's been announced that Katsuki Bakugo from My Hero Academia will be coming to Jump Force as DLC.

Bakugo marks the third My Hero Academia character on the Jump Force roster. The base game launched with Bakugo's rival and My Hero Academia main character Izuku Midoriya, with All Might was later added as DLC. It remains to be seen if future Jump Force DLC will add even more My Hero Academia characters or if it will focus on other anime franchises. Considering the sheer number of My Hero Academia characters that would fit in on the Jump Force roster and the fact that the anime is one of the most popular in the world right now, it seems likely that more could be on the way.

Meanwhile, My Hero Academia isn't the only anime that's gotten new representation on the Jump Force roster. Yu-Gi-Oh also only had one representative in the Jump Force base game - Yugi Moto/Yami Yugi - but Seto Kaiba was later added to the roster as one of the first-revealed DLC characters.

Looking at the current Jump Force roster, most animes have more than one representative, with some exceptions. For example, there is only one Boruto: Next Generations character on the list, as well as only one character from Black CloverCity Hunter and Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai also only have one character apiece, so maybe they will get more love in future Jump Force DLC.

Or maybe future Jump Force DLC will make some of the game's non-playable characters playable. Death Note characters Light Yagami and Ryuk are unfortunately unplayable in Jump Force, but some fans may be interested in seeing them added to the roster of playable characters.

Fans should keep an eye on Bandai Namco's social media pages for future Jump Force DLC announcements.

Jump Force is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
