Universal Pictures will be releasing a triple feature Blu-Ray of Jordan Peele films, including the older films Get Out and Us, at the end of October to accompany the single release of this summer’s Nope.

The award-winning director’s recent sci-fi/horror hit Nope earned over $100 million at the box office, following on the heels of his past directorial hits. 2017’s Get Out has enjoyed both high earning numbers and critical acclaim, establishing Peele as one of the premiere directors, inside and outside the horror genre. Peele followed it with 2019’s Us, which landed with similar audience enthusiasm.

According to Collider, both films will accompany Nope on a triple feature Blu-Ray set for release on October 25th. The three-movie collection will also be full of bonus features, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and deleted scenes from all three films. Get Out, winner of an Oscar for best original screenplay, tells the story of Chris (Daniel Kaluuya), a young Black man who travels home with his white girlfriend only to discover the horrifying racist truth about her family and small community.

Peele's second hit, Us, features a mother (Black Panther star Lupita Nyong'o) and her family being terrorized by their doppelgangers while on vacation. Both movies put Peele on the map as a director to watch. This summer’s hit Nope, a mysterious sci-fi film set in the American West, is no different, with fans eagerly awaiting the Blu-Ray release. The triple feature release will coincide with the single film release of Nope, which contains a bonus featurette, Mystery Man of Muybridge.

Peele is shaping up to be one of the most interesting directors of the past decade, with his hands in a number of other projects as writer and/or producer, including HBO's Lovecraft Country and Paramount's Twilight Zone revival, as well as Nia DaCosta's Candyman (2021). Peele has a knack for combining keen social commentary on society, racism, and identity with truly terrifying psychological horror. Peele's appeal, both to horror fans and to film aficionados in general, is vast, with many eagerly awaiting news of future projects, including a remake of The People Under the Stairs.

The three-film Blu-Ray, which comes out the week prior to Halloween, is a sure draw for Peele's die-hard fans, with audiences hoping to add three great movies to their collections. While it makes a perfect triple feature screening for a spooky October night, the triple release is sure to be an important addition to any horror film collection.

The triple Blu-Ray release of Nope, Get Out, and Us, as well as the Nope Blu-Ray, will be available on October 25, 2022.
