JoJo's Bizarre Adventure has a vast array of powerful characters. More often than not, protagonists and villains are the most powerful amidst the catalog of over-the-top characters within the beloved anime. Despite this, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure features a number of immensely powerful secondary characters.

Each part in the series has a supporting cast that follows the protagonist. Referred to by the community as "JoBros", these may not be the lead characters, but many of them are well-developed friends and companions. Since JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, secondary characters in the series often have their own episodes, and are stars of the series in their own right. Every JoBro has their own unique set of abilities, but these characters stand above the rest.

10 Okuyasu Nijimura: Broken Stand With Little Intelligence

Okuyasu At Tonios In Jojo Part 4

Okyasu Nijimura is a JoBro in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable ,and serves as one of Josuke Higashikata's best friends. His Stand "The Hand" has the ability to cut or scrape away space from the universe, replace it with whatever he wants, or just delete it permanently. Essentially, his Stand can remove the space between himself and his opponent with one swipe, bringing them right to him.

Although Okuyasu might have one of the strongest Stands in the series, his lack of intelligence and general stupidity puts him this low on the list. He's lucky he has Josuke, Koichi, and the rest of the Morioh gang to bail him out.

9 Koichi Hirose: Everybody Loves Koichi

Koichi Using Reverb Act 1 In Jojo Part 4

Josuke's other, more intelligent, and more revered companion Koichi places here. When fans first met Koichi, it's clear that he is incredibly weak, with his minuscule size as opposed to other characters. After he develops his Stand Reverb, though, Koichi becomes a strong ally

Reverb has three varying forms, each with its own abilities. Act 1 can manipulate sounds by writing on anyone or anything, influencing an enemy's state of mind. Act 2 is an upgraded version of Act 1, with the added ability to change an object's state of matter when the writing is touched. Finally, Act 3 can freeze objects and enemies in place by making their weight increase exponentially. Koichi's versatility is his strength.

8 Mohammed Avdol: The Flaming Chicken

Avdol Doing His Pose Jojo Part 3

Mohammed Avdol, one of the core characters in Stardust Crusaders, is too hot to handle with his Stand Magician's Red. Magician's Red has the appearance of a man with a bird-like head, and has the power to manipulate a variety of heat and fire-based attacks.

While the duo of Avdol and Magician's Red is quite powerful, it's hard for Avdol to stand out among the other crusaders when it comes to power and speed. It doesn't help that Avdol died not once, but on two separate occasions. While his first "death" was staged and he was nursed back to health unbeknownst to Polnareff, his second and final death was abrupt, and he was dispatched way too easily.

7 Narancia Ghirga: Mafioso With Flare

Narancia With Headphones On Jojo Part 5

Narancia Ghirga is a secondary character in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind and accompanies Giono Giovanna in his pursuit to take down the leader of the Italian Mob. Lil' Bomber is a long-range Stand, capable of shredding enemies with a barrage of bullets. In addition, Lil' Bomber serves the gang as a recon stand thanks to its carbon dioxide radar.

However, Narancia suffers from the same problems as Okuyasu and Avdol. While Narancia might just have the most passion among his peers, his lack of intelligence is one of the main reasons he ranks so low. In addition, compared to stronger Stand-users in his gang, it's hard to put him any higher.

6 Guido Mista: Shoots Himself More Than His Enemies

Mista And His Firearm Jojo Part 5

Another Golden Wind JoBro, Guido Mista is the gunslinging Stand-user in the fan-favorite arc. His Stand Six Bullets is, very literally, six different bullets. Each is numbered 1-7, with the number four being ignored thanks to Mista's superstition and disdain for the number.

Six Bullets can redirect bullets and ricochet them in whatever direction Mista commands them to. His Stand thrives when paired with Giorno Giovanna as well, as shown many times throughout the arc. As long as he doesn't find a way to shoot himself, Mista is a force to be reckoned with.

5 Noriaki Kakyoin: The Tarot Of The Hierophant

Kakyoin Wearing Sunglasses Jojo Part 3

Noriaki Kakyoin travels alongside the other members of the Stardust Crusaders in the arc of the same name. His Stand, Hierophant Green, is a long-range Stand capable of extending its limbs and stretching them to an incredible extent. He also has a long-range projectile attack that Kakyoin calls Emerald Splash, which has the power to decimate foes.

Though Hierophant Green may not possess the same strength as Jotaro's Star Platinum, Kakyoin makes up for that by being arguably the most quick-thinking, versatile member of the Stardust Crusaders. The mastery of his Stand, along with his strategic and analytical skills, make him a powerful ally and a menacing foe.

4 Bruno Bucciarati: Leader Of The Gang

Bucciarati Saying His Iconic Catchphrase Jojo Part 5

Bruno Bucciarati is the leader of the gang in Golden Wind and serves as the deuteragonist in the part. Bucciarati and his Stand Zipper Man can create zippers on any surface which allows Bucciarati to enter, traverse and leave wherever he pleases.

This ability alone makes Bucciarati a credible threat due to the stealth capabilities of his Stand. He could catch any opponent completely off-guard before they even knew he was a threat. Not only does his Stand have this power, but it boasts incredible strength, as shown throughout the entirety of Golden Wind.

3 Rohan Kishibe: The Manga Artist From Morioh

Rohan Kishibe In Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan

Rohan Kishibe is first introduced as an antagonist that seems indefeatable thanks to the powers of his Stand, Heaven's Door. After leaving the dark side, Rohan joins the search for local serial killer Yoshikage Kira and becomes a useful ally for the Morioh crew.

Heaven's Door can turn living beings into books, and alter their personality, abilities, biology, etc. This seemingly broken ability can make Rohan essentially invincible to an enemy, just by writing "Do not attack Rohan Kishibe" within them. Additionally, Rohan mastered Heaven's Door significantly faster than many of the Stand users in the series.

2 Jean-Pierre Polnareff: The Beloved Frenchman

Polnareff At Polnareff Land In Jojo Part 3

The proud founder of Polnareff Land himself, Jean-Pierre Polnareff, is first introduced as a follower of DIO in Stardust Crusaders. After his defeat and the removal of his mind control, Polnareff becomes a member of the Stardust Crusaders and a fan-favorite character. With his Stand Silver Chariot, Polnareff has extraordinary speed and agility.

Silver Chariot's speed makes it one of the fastest stands in all of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, rivaling that of only Jotaro. Polnareff was born with Silver Chariot, giving him plenty of time and many years to master his blade-wielding Stand, thus adding to vast strength. Polnareff and Chariot are by far the strongest members of the Stardust Crusaders apart from the aforementioned Jotaro.

1 Weather Report: Jolyne's Roommate

Weather Report In Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Eyes Of Heaven

Weather Report wields a Stand with the same name, Weather Report. He has the power to control the weather and atmosphere wherever he pleases. On paper, this may sound like a useless ability, but it allows the characters to utilize harsh weather conditions such as tornadoes, tsunamis, and lightning.

Weather Report is in exceptional company, since he is one of few Stand-users that can manifest more than one Stand. Heavy Weather is his secondary Stand, which generates an endless supply of rainbows that can turn anyone they touch into snails. The only way to stop it is by killing Weather Report. This ability alone makes Weather Report the most powerful JoBro in the series.
