Jake Paul has risen to become one of the most polarizing celebrities as he pursues his boxing career. Now, it appears that Paul is eyeing a Twitch streaming career as he took to Twitter to flaunt his custom PC setup. Along with the post, Paul attached a poll to survey fans on whether or not he should pursue a career on Twitch.

Paul began his career as a YouTuber prankster and Disney star—with a role on Bizaardvark—but has since transitioned into a controversial boxing career, defeating athletes like Nate Robinson and Ben Askren. More recently, Paul has been scheduled for an August bout against former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley.

As he is no stranger to career changes, it might not be long before Twitch fans see Paul try his hand at streaming. Unfortunately for the aspiring boxer, the poll attached to his tweet suggests that his followers would rather he not make the transition onto Twitch, as the current tally reveals only 47% in favor of the idea. Still, should Paul decide to start a channel, it's likely that his ludicrous levels of popularity would propel him to among the most popular Twitch streamers rather quickly.

It's also hard to ignore the accompanying image of Paul sitting in front of an entirely customized gaming PC setup by Digital Storm, which lends a bit more credence to his claim. This is also not the first time that Paul has teased fans with a potential streaming career. A few years back, Paul and Summit1g briefly played Fortnite which led to a huge amount of backlash among speculation that Paul could potentially be making the move to Twitch. Now, three years later, with Paul's popularity at an all-time high, the timing might just be perfect.

For the 53% that would rather not see Jake Paul on Twitch, it's possible that the 24-year-old may simply have too much on his plate to dedicate any serious effort into streaming. Aside from the forthcoming bout against Tyron Woodley, there is always the possibility of a match against long-time rival and fellow YouTuber KSI, as Paul currently holding a victory over KSI's younger brother Deji Olatunji. Still, it's unlikely that either fans or naysayers will get an answer anytime soon as Paul's bout against Woodley is a little more than three weeks away at this point, meaning that he will have to stay focused on his current pursuit for the time being.
