Marvel's Iron Man VR lets players take control of the armored hero in virtual reality, and of course, that comes with a lot of neat moments. One of Iron Man's most iconic techniques, the unibeam, is available in the game, but using it can be a little tricky at first.

Even the most seasoned PlayStation veterans probably had a bit of trouble adapting to the PS Move controllers used for PSVR, as even though the button layout follows the same pattern it can be a bit difficult to get used to. This holds true for Iron Man VR, which has an oddly confusing method for using this attack.

In order to fire off the unibeam, players will need to hold down triangle on the left Move controller and square on the Right move controller simultaneously. This will unleash one of Iron Man's most powerful attacks to destroy the enemy.

In the demo before the launch, the move was only available during the combat challenge and had to be charged up first. In the full game, the player can use this devastating attack during any mission, but it does require time to charge. The attack will charge over time without the player needing to do anything, and once its ready can be fired off for massive damage. Despite this attack technically coming out of Iron Man's chest, it is aimed directly at where ever the player is looking.

The unibeam attack comes in handy when in a pinch, as it lasts quite a while and can easily sweep several smaller enemies. There's even a trophy to destroy 12 enemies with a single unibeam. In order to achieve this, players will need to hold off for a bit and let a large group of enemies gather.

Once the attack is charged, simply look in the general direction of at least 12 foes before the beam dissipates and the trophy should unlock. Another trophy tasks the player with destroying 50 enemies in total with the unibeam, something that should come easy if the player remembers to use this powerful attack.

Iron Man VR has received generally favorable reviews and lots of praise from many sources, with its biggest drawback seemingly being its somewhat repetitive nature. Nonetheless, it's a great experience that marks a milestone for virtual reality games, and VR enthusiasts won't want to miss it.
