Comic book writer Tom Taylor has been driving fans mad on his socials with a series of teasers about his next project. ComicBook.com may have confirmed this project to be Injustice: Year Zero early, as the website has removed a post saying it was confirmed, and it remains uncertain whether DC is officially revealing the comic book series.

The Injustice series is an exciting and mysterious topic at the moment, with possible Injustice 3 teasers continuing to spread online. Tom Taylor's Instagram and Twitter are really playing up teasers for the sequel game and for a potential new comic series from DC Comics, with a series of three recent posts spelling out the acronym "JSA," or "Justice Society of America." For what it's worth, the official DC Nation official Twitter account lampshaded "JSA" and its significance to fans. This isn't an official confirmation, but it does imply that it might become one.

ComicBook.com posted an article claiming that three issues will be launched today, followed up by two new stories each month. Cover art by Julian Totino Tedesco also leaked with an official DC Digital First branding and Tom Taylor's name next to Tedesco's and fellow artist Rogê Antônio. The cover says Injustice: Year Zero and features superheroes including Batman and The Flash caught up in battle.

Injustice: Year Zero is reportedly a prequel to the Injustice: Gods Among Us comic book and video game, and will explain the events leading up to that story. The Injustice: Gods Among Us video game did very well, standing out in its release year of 2017 as a financial success. ComicBook reportedly shared DC's description of Year Zero as being the story of the Justice League's predecessors and their fight during WWII to bring down a tyrant.

The first three digital chapters of the series were said to be going on sale today on ComiXology, Amazon, and other online retailers for a discounted bundle price of $2.49. As of writing this article, neither website shows a listing for Injustice: Year Zero. The reason for ComicBook removing the post is unclear, but one theory is that DC might be wanting to officially announce the series itself, as is reportedly its preference when digital copies of a series are immediately available for sale.

With the Injustice: Gods Among Us game offered for free last month, it looks like DC is trying to hype one of its most lucrative series, possibly in preparation for Injustice 3 and the Year Zero comic book series. ComicBook's removal of the post doesn't guarantee that Injustice: Year Zero won't be revealed officially by DC later, even if fans aren't able to get their hands on digital copies right away.
