Immortals Fenyx Rising is an open-world action game, and like many open-world titles, this game is filled with a lot of things to do and discover. The game even has a ton of secrets and intricate details many players still haven't discovered to this day.

10 Fenyx's Ties With Achilles

As the players reach the final levels of the game, it is revealed that Fenyx is indeed not just a mere mortal, but a half-god and a son of Zeus. This revelation makes sense if Fenyx's durability and proclivity to combat.

One thing many people don't realize is that Fenyx's mother is revealed to be Thetis. If this is the same Thetis from Greek mythology, this means Fenyx is Achilles' brother. Interestingly, Fenyx's brother, Ligyron, was actually Achilles' original name.

9 Knights Of The Zodiac

One of the most obscure easter eggs and secrets hidden within the world of Immortals Fenyx Rising is a nod to a Japanese animated web series titled Knights of the Zodiac. This web series tells the tale of a group of warriors who wish to serve under Athena, a god present in the game.

This easter egg can be found in the form of a golden box located inside a cage, under the area Fenyx first encounters Phosphor. The golden box itself appears to be a backpack, judging by the two straps located behind the box.

8 A Symbolic Victory

A lot of the side quests in Immortals Fenyx Rising don't come to the players in the most conventional manner. Many of the game's side quests can actually only be triggered by discovering a certain location. The "A Symbolic Victory" side quest is one of those hidden quests.

This side quest will be triggered when Fenyx first encounters the small fairies that are trapped in cages. These little fairies are actually the fragments of Nike, the goddess of victory.

7 Oceans Of The Offspring

The Oceans of the Offspring side quest is something not everyone who's played the game actually got the chance to play because of its hidden nature. This side quest is one of many hidden quests in the game, and this one can only be triggered when Fenyx arrives at a cave located west of Clashing Rocks.

Once the side quest is triggered, Fenyx will be directed straight into the ocean, which means the players will have to do a lot of swimming. The overall side quest will lead Fenyx to a specific goddess, the goddess we know as the wife of Zeus and mother of the Olympians, Hera.

6 Crazy Cupid Love

This hidden quest may be a secret, but it's one many people may have discovered as it is closely located to where one of the main missions happen. This quest can be triggered by heading to the statue on the Palace of Aphrodite.

The hidden quest tells the tale of Helen of Troy and how Paris made her fall in love with him with the help of Aphrodite and Cupid. This is a story a lot of people know for its various iterations in other forms of media, but it is still a nice piece of mythological information to those unaware of the gods' involvement in this story.

5 Sight Unseen

Fenyx in King's Peak

The Sight Unseen side quest is a hidden quest players can encounter while roaming the King's Peak section, which becomes available after the four gods of the region return to their godly form.

The hidden quest is easily triggered as it can be discovered as the players make their way up to King's Peak. Completing the quest itself, however, requires a bit of sidetracking. The quest will have Fenyx fight a ton of enemies. A little exploration is then required where the players will need to follow the line of sight of statues until they reach a cave where they can receive an awesome item.

4 Hermes' Secret Hideout

The World of Immortals Fenyx Rising

Hermes' secret hideout is not a place people can discover at will. This is actually a random event where Fenyx gets transported to this location without his accord when they fast travel to the Hall of the Gods.

Those who prefer traveling on foot, mount, or wings will never get the chance to discover this secret location. Fast traveling to the Hall of the Gods is essentially the only way of getting to this location. Inside this area is a chest where the players can receive a ton of resources necessary for upgrades.

3 The Silver Pegasus

The Silver Pegasus is one of the many mounts players can tame and ride in the game. This mount has a total of three stamina levels, which makes it easier for Fenyx to travel the vast world of Immortals Fenyx Rising.

The Silver Pegasus can be found on an island located south-east of Clashing Rocks. These islands are home to a wide array of powerful enemies, so the players will either have to fight all of them to get to the secret mount or just run or swim past them.

2 The Wieldable Hammer

Fenyx Using The Hammer God Power

The game's combat mechanic is one of the many reasons why people love playing Immortals Fenyx Rising. The combat is very smooth, fluid, and satisfying. There are two types of weapons Fenyx can wield in this game—a sword, or an axe. That is if we discount the one and only hammer the players can actually use and equip as a heavy weapon.

There is only one wieldable hammer present within the game and it can be picked up from a guarded chest located in the very center of War's Den.

1 Adamantine Shards On The Loading Screen

Fenyx Solving A Puzzle Challenge

With the arrival of the next-generations of consoles in the form of the Xbox Series X and the Playstation 5, their incredible speed makes it seem like loading screens are now a thing of the past. However, Immortals Fenyx Rising seems to disagree with this sentiment.

It can be tempting to not pay attention to the monitor or television when the loading screen pops up. However, if the players look closely at this game's loading screen, they can actually see a couple of blue meteorite-like objects that will fly towards the screen. These things are actually blue adamantine shards and can be collected by flying towards them or having them fly towards Fenyx.
