With iPhone

  1. Access the Apple Watch app on the paired iPhone.
  2. Select Accessibility, and then Zoom.
  3. Enable Zoom.
  4. Adjust the maximum level of Zoom by adjusting the slider left or right.

Without iPhone

  1. Access Settings from the Apple Watch.
  2. Select Accessibility, and then Zoom.
  3. Enable Zoom.
  4. Adjust the maximum level of Zoom by tapping the + or – buttons.

With iPhone

  1. Access the Apple Watch app on the iPhone.
  2. Select Accessibility, and then Zoom.
  3. Disable Zoom.

Without iPhone

  1. Access Settings from the Apple Watch.
  2. Select Accessibility, and then Zoom.
  3. Disable Zoom.

How to Zoom in and Zoom Out on Apple Watch

The Zoom feature is controlled on the Apple Watch via double taps.

  • Double tap with two fingers on the Apple Watch to zoom in.
  • Double tap, hold and drag with two fingers to adjust the zoom on the Apple Watch.

How to Customize Hand Gestures for Zoom

Apple has allowed users to customize hand gestures for the Zoom feature. Users can customize hand gestures for Zoom by following these steps:

  1. Access Settings > Accessibility > Zoom from the Apple Watch or access the Watch App > Accessibility > Zoom from an updated iPhone.
  2. Select and enable Hand Gestures.
  3. Under Customize Gestures, choose how each gesture will be used, i.e., Pinch, Clench, Double Pinch, and Double Clench.
  4. Users also have the option to set Activation Gesture and enable Visual Signal.

How to Fix Issues with Zoom on Apple Watch

Users have often faced issues using the Zoom feature on Apple Watches. When enabled, the Apple Watch gets stuck. To fix the issue, users should disable and enable the Zoom feature. If that does not help, restarting the Apple Watch should do the trick. Lastly, if the Zoom Level is set to maximum, it could cause issues, which can be fixed by moving it to the lowest setting.
