As players begin to learn more about Aloy in Horizon: Zero Dawn, there will be plenty of opportunities to explore the world that Guerrilla Games has created. At times it can feel overwhelming, but thankfully the developers have done a great job of outlining where most locations and items are, save for a few. One of those, the Grazer Training Dummies, will be of particular interest to Horizon: Zero Dawn players, simply because knocking over 23 will unlock a trophy in the game.
Now, it’s important to point out that the Horizon: Zero Dawn trophy is only for knocking over the 23 Grazer Training Dummies in the Nora region, which is the “starter” area located in the bottom right portion of the map. Like with finding the Power Cells in Horizon: Zero Dawn, players can knock over the dummies at any point in the game, but being on the lookout for them ahead of time will save some effort.
As a rule of thumb, the Grazer Training Dummy locations will be close by a campfire, so they shouldn’t be too hard to spot. The only ones that players might have a tough time finding are the seven located at Rost’s House, which isn’t explicitly labeled on the map.
You can knock over these training dummies during the prologue portion of the game, but if you missed them the first time around going back is not very obvious. In order to find Rost’s house, look for a campfire in the Western part of the Nora region of the Horizon map, and a nearby grave site.
For some added help, players can use Aloy’s Focus and look for the Grazer Training Dummy that way. In some cases, you will need to be close to the Grazer Training Dummy for it to pop up on the Focus interface, but finding all 23 shouldn’t be too difficult.
Where to Find All 23 Grazer Dummies
There are 7 Grazer Training Dummies nearby Rost’s House.
There are 2 by the Mother’s Watch campfire.
2 more can be found at the Mother’s Heart campfire.
The Mother’s Cradle campfire has 2 Grazer Training Dummies.
The Nora Hunting Grounds area has 2 Grazer Training Dummies
The campfire by Mother’s Rise is nearby 2 more dummies.
Mother’s Crown has 2 Training Dummy statues by its campfire.
The Bandit Camps at Devil’s Thirst and Two Teeth each have 1 Training Dummy, for a total of 2.
And finally, the Hunter’s Gathering campfire is nearby 2 more Grazer Training Dummies
After knocking down all 23 Grazer Training Dummy statues, players will unlock a new trophy for Horizon: Zero Dawn. From there, the path towards the Platinum Trophy in Horizon: Zero Dawn is pretty clear, as most of the remaining trophies are self-explanatory.
One that isn’t so clear, however, is finding all 5 Power Cells in the game, so make sure to read our Horizon: Zero Dawn Power Cell Location Guide for more on that.
Horizon: Zero Dawn is available now for PS4.
