Serval was a researcher for the Technology Division of the Architects in Honkai: Star Rail. Later on, she left the department and decided to be a mechanic and opened a workshop called Neverstop in the Administrative District in Honkai: Star Rail. Although Serval opened up her own shop, her younger brother Gepard still works under Cocolia's strict orders.
