The Nintendo Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy has been hit with a massive delay, as it now comes out on November 14, 2023. While Hogwarts Legacy is said to come out on all platforms, it only launched on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in February 2023.

The Twitter account for Hogwarts Legacy confirms that it will now launch on the Nintendo Switch on November 14, several months after its scheduled release date of July 25. The developers state that they are aware of how much fans are looking forward to playing Hogwarts Legacy on the Switch, before confirming their desire to create the best possible experience for the user base. Gamers should note that it’s possible for the Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy to get further delayed, especially considering the user reception of some recent titles launching in rough states.
It'll be interesting to see how the Switch port looks and performs whenever it launches, and if the development team had to make some massive changes to make it run on the platform. While the previous generation editions seem to run well, one fan noticed a huge difference in the PS4 version of Hogwarts Legacy when compared to PS5, so the same can be true in the case of the Switch.
