A Hogwarts Legacy player online has pointed out a funny detail about how the game's conversations work. As an RPG, dialogue is key to Hogwarts Legacy, and this small discovery could change how players view certain conversations in the game.

The small details are a big part of the reason that players continue to play Hogwarts Legacy. With the game, Avalanche Software has managed to create the most vivid recreation of the Wizarding World ever seen in a video game, which has allowed many players to live out their wildest Harry Potter-based dreams in the game. One player even made a new Hogwarts Legacy discovery after 140 hours of playtime, showing just how much detail is packed into the game. It has almost been two months since its release, but there is still a sense that Hogwarts Legacy has plenty hidden away for gamers to discover for some time to come.

The small detail was posted to Reddit by user DaSkrambledEgg, who pointed out that at the end of every conversation, the last character to speak always looks grumpy. It's unknown exactly what causes this, and it's presumed to be a glitch, with no one in the thread able to offer a concrete explanation. Since it was first released almost two months ago, Hogwarts Legacy players have found plenty of small glitches in the game. One weird Hogwarts Legacy glitch lets players run on top of flying brooms, which looks odd, to say the least. Luckily, most of the glitches in the game are small and relatively harmless, without many game-breaking bugs plaguing the experience.

In the thread, users were quick to make hilarious remarks about the strange detail. One user even described it as their "resting witch face." Others described it as their own face after completing every one of Hogwarts Legacy's Merlin Trials, which have proven to be some of the more controversial content in the game. With the detail now pointed out, it remains to be seen if Avalanche Software is aware of the issue, and whether it has any plans to fix it.

Players of Hogwarts Legacy remain excited to see what comes next for the game. To this day, no DLC has been confirmed for the game, which is a surprise given the game's extremely strong sales. Hogwarts Legacy has only just been removed from the top spot of sales charts, so evidently, the demand for the game is still there. It would be surprising if Avalanche Software and Warner Bros. Games were to leave this money on the table, but only time will tell if DLC will eventually be released.

Hogwarts Legacy is available now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, with PS4 and Xbox One versions launching May 5 and a Switch port releasing July 25.
