A Hogwarts Legacy player has put together an outfit that resembles a character from the Assassin's Creed franchise. The huge focus on character customization in Hogwarts Legacy has seen a huge influx of posts online showcasing exactly what players are able to accomplish in the game.

Whether it be through in-game outfits or mods, players are creating their own ways to role-play in Hogwarts Legacy, whether it's intended by the game or not. One player even dresses like a superhero in Hogwarts Legacy, making the main character's adventures make more sense. Over the years, other RPGs like Skyrim have become known for the incredible role-playing potential available to players, but these reputations have been built over a number of years. Hogwarts Legacy is just over a month old, and it's incredible to see what players are already coming up with despite the limitations of the game. As time passes, fan will surely only become more creative, too.

The outfit was created by Reddit user TheRealiSocketz, who combined the Treasure Seeker Gear, Herodiana's Cape, and the Legendary Mask to create the Assassin's Creed-esque outfit. While it doesn't look like any character in particular, there's no doubt that the all-white attire resembles something that would be found in Ubisoft's iconic franchise. Hogwarts Legacy has plenty of outfits that players can use to enhance their role-play in-game, and while gamers can certainly dress like an assassin, they may find it harder to act exactly like one given the restrictions of the Wizarding World title.

This post just shows what's capable in the base game of Hogwarts Legacy, but on PC the modding community is continuing to add brand-new content to the game to further the role-playing potential even further. One Hogwarts Legacy mod lets gamers play as Voldemort, allowing players to cause havoc around Hogwarts as the Dark Lord himself. It's only early days, but with hundreds of mods releasing each week, the signs are good that Hogwarts Legacy will have a busy modding community for some time to come, especially with the continuing success of the game.

While players continue to enjoy and explore everything Hogwarts Legacy has to offer, developer Avalanche Software has a decision to make regarding the future of the game. The developer's current position is that no DLC is in development for Hogwarts Legacy, although the continued financial success of the title means that could change at any moment. It seems unlikely that players won't have more Hogwarts Legacy content to play in 2023, but anything is possible. If Avalanche Software's position remains the same, it could be some time before gamers return to the Wizarding World, even if the audience's desire for more Harry Potter remains alive and well.

Hogwarts Legacy is available now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, with PS4 and Xbox One versions launching May 5 and a Switch port releasing July 25.
