Hasbro has just announced the upcoming PulseCon, a virtual event in the vein of Comic-Con aimed at showcasing the company's new releases and exclusive collectibles. Hasbro ended up not participating in Comic-Con@Home this past summer, so this is the company's main chance to show fans all the exclusives they'll be able to get their hands on.

The company has been busy lately, also recently kicking off a crowdfunding promotion for a Marvel Legends Sentinel figure (which surpassed its goal in mere hours). In addition, Hasbro announced a new themed series called Star Wars: Celebrate the Saga, along with more emphasis on producing X-Men movie toys.

Planned as a two-day event on September 25 and 26, PulseCon will be hosted by SyFy Wire's Jackie Jennings; its lineup will feature a mixture of panels, interviews, giveaways, audience Q&As, and unboxing events. Fans can catch the stream of the event on Hasbro Pulse's YouTube channel. Among the franchises at PulseCon will be toys from Marvel, Star Wars, Transformers, Power Rangers, Ghostbusters and Magic: The Gathering. Plus, the event will put additional focus on a newer addition to Hasbro's list of affiliates franchises, giving fans an idea of what Dungeons & Dragons releases they can expect from the company.

Star Wars

As for exclusive collectibles, PulseCon will feature a Marvel Legends box set containing The Hellfire Club from X-Men and a Snake Supreme version of Cobra Commander. This event makes Hasbro the latest company to host a virtual convention rather than make a Comic-Con appearance, joining the likes of DC FanDome and Skybound Xpo, both of which were recently hosted.

A few photos have already been released; for everything else, fans will have to wait for another month to see just what Hasbro has planned.
