Harry Potter game publishing label Portkey Games has helped produce three titles so far, with the latest being Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells, developed by mobile game giant Zynga. Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells was quite successful in 2020, winning multiple awards and being considered by many to be one of the best mobile games of the year. Now even more Harry Potter fans will have the chance to check the game out, as Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells is coming to South Korea.

Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells has been fully localized for Korean audiences, and should give Harry Potter fans in the region something new to play while they wait for all the big Harry Potter releases coming in 2022. But while Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells' launch in South Korea is exciting for players in that country, there's reason for fans of the game elsewhere to be excited as well.

Alongside the game's launch in South Korea, the Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells Zayn Malik crossover is now live in the game for players all over the world. This means that Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells fans can now customize their in-game avatars to a greater degree than ever before thanks to some extra beard, earring, eyebrow, hair, and eye options. Malik himself recently shared an updated look at his Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells avatar, which is now sporting a new blue hairdo.

Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells is just the latest game to be released under the Portkey Games publishing label. So far, Portkey Games has only released Harry Potter mobile titles, but it will be branching out with a full-blown console release next year in the form of Hogwarts Legacy from Avalanche Software. While fans wait for more information on that game, they can get to work solving the 1,000+ match-3 puzzles in Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells.

Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells is out now for iOS and Android mobile devices.
