Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery fans may be anxious to start Year 5, but at least developer Jam City isn't leaving them without anything to do in the game. A brand new event called Wizarding World Workout Wear is currently going on, and it gives players the chance to collect some new cosmetic items and bonus currency.

The Wizarding World Workout Wear event will last for roughly another six days in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, and it will be similar to many of the past events in the game. Just like previous events, Hogwarts Mystery players will be given crests in exchange for earning full stars in classes. Crests fill up a meter that, at certain tiers, will unlock special rewards. As the name of the event implies, the rewards this time are workout-themed.

Below is a list of all the rewards Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery players can expect if they complete the Wizarding World Workout Wear event.

Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery Year 5 story leak
  • 500 coins (15 crests)
  • 5 gems (25 crests)
  • 1500 coins (40 crests)
  • Sweatband (60 crests)
  • Workout clothes and fanny pack (80 crests)

Players who want to unlock every single cosmetic item in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery may want to get to work on this event now, but those who are more concerned about the story should consider waiting a couple of days. If Jam City adds Year 5 to Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery this coming Thursday, September 6 as expected, then players could wait and complete the classes they're required to anyway to both progress the story and earn rewards in the event.

Plus, if Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery players wait until Year 5 is added, they will have even more variety when it comes to the classes. Not only will Year 5 have all the previous classes available for players to complete, but it will also add Defense Against the Dark Arts, which should mix things up a little bit.

Any players that decide to wait for more story content to be added before they start progressing through the event should still open the app regularly, however. That way they can take a visit to their dormitory and tap on any of their sleeping pets to build up their energy supply, giving them a head-start when the new story content is eventually added to the game.

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is out now for iOS and Android mobile devices.
